We are empty-nesters who greatly enjoy the Breckenridge area. Leo is an avid snow-boarder, hiker and biker. Nancy likes the snow and small-town feel, as well as the great location. We hail from Missouri and have been married for 28 years now. We both attended college at Southwest Missouri State University (that is where we met). We run a couple of businesses back in Missouri and are now venturing into the mountains.
Leo fell in love with this property the first time he saw it! Although it is only two blocks from downtown, it is fairly secluded on the 1/2 acre wooded lot. The home is perfect for us since it has both the Main House and the Apartment. Our children all love the Breckenridge area and love snow-boarding as well. For many years we visited (rented) and when this property became available, we decided to take the plunge and purchase a home in Breckenridge.
This home is extraordinarily spacious with the most awesome views of the mountains and ski slopes in Breckenridge! It is an upscale home with plenty of space for a large family, or several families to enjoy.
