Casa Montymar offers, apart from mass tourism, time for ones own self. It offers silence, relaxation, sport facilities and a romantic getaway. It is ideal for weddings. Everything is possible. The exclusive equipped apartments are ca. 42 m² large and have all the necessary gadgets, such as TV, radio, dish washer, stove, microwaves. They have central heating and can be used the whole year through. We have fountain water which has drink water quality, solar warmed. The small apartment complex has a very good location concerning the transportation. There are 8 minutes by car to Sta. Eularia and 12 minutes to Ibiza City. In the spring and in the fall, a sauna is available. Casa Montymar is also suitable for groups and for weddings with up to 14-20 people. Among other activities, you have the possibility to hike and mountain bike. There is a large outdoor seating area. Day tours on sailing and motor boats are possible. The golf course can be easily reached, in only 10 minutes by car.

Hiking weeks: Ibiza, the pearl of the Mediterranean Sea is a wonderful hiking region. In the spring, you can enjoy the almond flowers, and in the fall, the nature is wonderful. Casa Montymar organizes hiking weeks on Ibiza. 5 - 6 days are for hiking, 1 day is at your disposal. The prices are upon request. The guide is the manager of Montymar, who used to be sport teacher, hiking guide and an insider on Ibiza.

Mountain bike weeks: Ibiza is a mountain bike paradise. Everybody can enjoy the biking tracks in the middle of nature. There are ways and paths without car traffic, with views upon the sea and the mountains. No other island offers better landscapes for mountain biking than Ibiza. Casa Montymar organizes mountain bike weeks on Ibiza. 5 - 6 days are for mountain biking, 1 day is at your disposal. The prices are upon request. The tours are guided by the manager of Montymar, who used to be sport teacher, hiking guide and an insider on Ibiza.

Sailing tours: Ibiza and Formentera have beaches like on the Caribbean Islands. The coasts and the beaches will offer unforgettable views. The sunsets you can see here are like taken from paintings. Besides nature, you can enjoy delicacies in the restaurant Casa Colonial. Casa Montymar organizes day or longer trips with skipper. Catering is possible through the Casa Colonial. The sailing trips are guided by the manager of Casa Montymar, who is a trained sails man and a water sport friend. He will bring you closer to the wonderful sport of sailing. Chartern without skipper are also possible.

Casa Montymar has an absolutely quiet location, on a mountain, near St. Eulalia. The beaches can be reached within 10 - 15 minutes by car. You can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere even in the middle of the summer, thanks to the pleasant climate. Ibiza City can be easily reached within 12 minutes by car, St. Eulalia within 8 minutes. There is a large variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood of Casa Montymar. The garden with tropical plants has a pool, offers silence and sets your spirit free. You can set off for nice walks in the woods directly in front of the house.

Golf: Casa Montymar is not far from the golf course, and can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car.
