The house, constructed in 2005, stands in spacious grounds (3000 sq yds) in a quiet area. It is only 880 yds to the nearest beach and restaurants, and 1.5 mls to the centre of Porto Heli and the harbour. The house is divided into two separate apartments (95 sq yds upstairs, with large lounge, large fitted kitchen / dining area, bedroom, one bathroom with bath / toilet, one bathroom with shower / toilet, 60 sq yds downstairs with living area with fitted kitchen / dining area, bedroom and bathroom with shower / toilet). Both kitchens are well equipped. The bedrooms, with a/c, have twin beds and the living rooms have very comfortable bed sofas. On request the upstairs apartment can be rented separately. We request visitors not to smoke in the house. Pets may be brought on request. There is a wonderful sea-view from the house. In the immediate surroundings there are lots of small bays and beaches which are never crowded, even in peak season, or you can relax at the 23 x 13 ft pool.

Porto Heli is situated in an idyllic natural harbour and has good taverns and restaurants. It is surrounded by hills, some of them wooded. Water sports enthusiasts can hire boats, go water-skiing and wind-surfing. You can also hire motorbikes and bikes in Porto Heli. In the surrounding area there are long beaches and small bays, all of which are never crowded, even in the middle of summer, and are wonderful places to watch the sun rise or set. Porto Heli has small shops and some big supermarkets, banks, post office and internet cafés. It is a good starting point for trips to Spetses, Hydra, Monemvasia, the amphitheatre in Epidavros or Greece’s first capital, Napflion. There are several connections daily to Piraeus/Athens by Flying Dolphin.

  • The house is divided into 2 separate apartments, each with one bedroom with air-conditioning. There are large comfortable bed sofas in the living rooms. The upstairs apartment is about 95 sq yds. The house is ideal for families with teenage children who can have their own space in the downstairs apartment (approx. 60 sq m). A baby’s or toddler’s cot is available.
