A bright vacation apartment with panoramic view to the television tower and south-west heading balcony at the Wolgaster Straße, a quite side street near the Mauerpark. Berlin Style - The apartment is arranged as a comfortable relaxation area, furnished in a modern retro vintage style but also offering a touch of the Flower Power and Out of Space designs of the 60´s/ 70´s (with the exception of the mattresses). The living space is completed with art and a touch of kitsch providing a pleasant atmosphere. 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments are at your disposal. There is enough storage space, an equipped kitchen and a sleeper and a dinning table in the living room. You can often determine the day with an impressive sunset on the South-West balcony. The vacation apartmnet is located on the 3rd floor and has a south-west heading balcony and 3 separated bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140 x 200), another has a dividable double bed (2 x 100 x 200) and the living room offers a comfortable IKEA sleeping coach (140 x 200). Closets and a chest of drawers stand at your disposal. In the living room stands a dinning table with the respective chairs, which can also serve as desk. The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler, espresso- coffee machine, etc. You will also find another smaller table with chairs for having breakfast. We can put at your disposal a high chair and a cot when requested.

The apartment is in a quiet but central location at the Wolgaster Str. 13 with good connections to the public transportation. The subway station Bernauer Str. where you can take the U8 is just 100 m away and you can make it to the Alexanderplatz in just 3 stations. On the Bernauer Str. stop many buses, among other busses which drive all through the night. Possibility to rent a bike.   • The rental price applies for 1 – 3 people. We charge 5,- € for each additional person. For long-term stay you will get a discount.
  • We charge 25 € for end-of-stay cleaning services or cleaning services (minimum every 2 weeks); the bed linen and bath towels together with a small towel are included in the rental price. The access to DSL is possible through WLAN and costs 10 € for the week.
  • We ask for a deposit of 50 €, which should be payed with cash and returned to you at the check- out.
