The apartment is located in a very well kept residential area with a wonderful garden and a huge pool, directly by the sea. You have a good view upon the Bay of Andalucia, upon the Tramuntana Mountains and Cap Formentor. The property is located in a Nature Reserve. We guarantee silence and relaxation. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the big living room with kitchen, you can comfortably cook, eat and relax, dream, make plans or play. A 50 m² large deck invites you to grill and sunbath. There you can reflect and talk on many subjects. You can enjoy the dream-like view upon the sea on one side, or the Mediterranean mountainous landscape on the other side. The property has a 60 m² large outdoor pool, which is located in a daily maintained garden with palm trees and Mediterranean flora. An indoor pool with sauna and fitness is also suitable for your training.

Die modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, so dass man sich sogleich wie Zuhause fühlt. Ein Auto ist anzuraten, weil die schönen Strände weiter entfernt liegen. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und die Anlage gut gepflegt.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht, Informationen und Tipps für die Gäste zu sammeln. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden.

Wunderschönes, geschmackvolles, luxeriöses Appartement. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und für Kinder, sowie für ältere Personen bestens geeignet. Da ein Lift von der Tiefgarage bis zum Appartement verhanden ist gibt es auch kein Kofferschleppen. Das Appartement liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Wir konnten von Balkon und auch von der Dachterrasse den direkten Blick auf die Berge und auf die Bucht genießen. Die Anlage befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage, ideal zum abschalten und entspannen. Da wir erst zwei Tage wieder zu Hause sind, haben wir schon mal eine Anfrage für nächsten Sommer gestartet. Es war ein super schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir wußten gar nicht, daß Mallorca so schön sein kann. Weit ab von jeglichem Touristenrummel.
