Additional information about rental rates

  • The given prices are put together: an additional 6% tax and a 5 % tourist tax. Charge for end- of- stay cleaning services: $ 125, to which a 11% taxes is charged. Before arrival a security deposit for eventual damages must be cancelled in high of $350 for non-Europeans and € 350 for Europeans. This amount will be transferred back to your bank account after departure.
  • The pool is solar heated from December the 15th to April the 30th. If so wished, an additional electrical heating can increase the water temperature before and after the heating period. For the additional electricity use during this period an additional $5 will be charged for the day and added to the taxes on the bill. The above can eventually be necessary during the winter months and just for those who like it really, really warm.

All bedrooms have a walk- in closet and a chest with plenty drawers. The spacious master bedroom with the King size bed offers a large walk- in closet and a separated vanity unit with two basins. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area.
