This luxury apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation beside the sea. The apartment has two large terraces. The main terrace offers nicely views over the sea and the private enclosed garden. The whole apartment has been furnished to an andalusian-moorish style with numerous decorations and lamps, creating a unique ambience. The dining area is in a Spanish style and offers a large dining table with sideboard to seat up to 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to the main terrace with nicely views over the coastline towards Marbella and out to sea. Here you will find garden furniture and 2 sun beds. The master bedroom has a very large king size bed with 180X200cm, en-suite-shower room and direct access to the main terrace. The second bedroom is in a Spanish style and has a full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. This is the perfect holiday home, for all, who would like to spend their holidays in a unique atmosphere.

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door, in just 2 km distance. Here you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, bank offices, pharmacy, bakery etc. There is a kilometer-long well kept beach promenade. The small marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa is 3.5 km distance. Here you will find bars, shops, pubs, fitness centre, and dry cleaning.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed a week here in a comfortable apartment. The responses from the owner was always prompt and very helpful and all the access arrangements went to plan. The location is fine with a short drive to the beach. The walk around the locality is a little bit of a challenge being in hilly terrain. All in all, a clean and well presented apartment.

Great time

In my opinion this apartment is a perfect place to stay on holiday. It was clean, well-maintained, stylish and had everything you need. From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach is very near. What is more important you don't have to spend all your time on the beach because there is a lot of nice things to see (for example Casares - the most often photographed pueblo). I would recommend this property to my friends because I spent there a great time!

Alles bestens!

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war wie die zugehörige Anlage gepflegt und sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter in der Anbahnungsphase war schnell, freundlich und umfassend, es wurden vorab umfangreiche Hinweise zur Umgebung (WER/WO/WAS) gemacht, die ein Zurechtfinden erheblich vereinfachten - sehr gut !! Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Verwalter war hervorragend, der Herr war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell bei der Sache. Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung im Internet und unseren Erwartungen. Die sehr kurtzfristige Buchung und Übergabe war dank dem Vermieter und seinen Mittarbeitern überhaupt kein Problem. Wir verlebten eine wunderschöne Woche in herrlicher Umgebung und fühlten uns

in der Ferienwonung gleich zu Hause. Für unseren 10 Jähriger Sohn war das Higlight der wunderschön angelegte Poolbereich. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt hat! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere verfügt sie auch über eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Diesen Meerblick kann man sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer wie auch aus dem (Haupt-)Schlafzimmer genießen. Die dazwischen liegenden Häuser stören nicht, da das Gelände terrassenartig angelegt ist, die Wohnung also höher liegt und die Türmchen etc. der Häuser im marokkanischen Stil ganz malerisch wirken. Je nach Standort bleibt der Blick auf das Meer trotz dieser Häuser zu fast zwei Dritteln frei. Die Wohnung ist auch ganz ruhig gelegen und zugleich abgeschirmt: Gerade zur Meerseite hin blickt man lediglich auf innen liegende Gärten. Auch die Küche ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet; allerdings könnten hier Kleinigkeiten ergänzt werden (u.a. Eierpiekser, Besteck). Der Urlaubsfreude hat das allerdings nicht den geringsten Abbruch getan, zumal in der Wohnung alles sehr gepflegt ist und die gesamte Organisation seitens des Vermieters, seiner Sekretärin und seines Verwalters vor Ort perfekt abgewickelt wird. Alle haben sich auch über die notwendigen organisatorischen Fragen hinaus als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit erwiesen. Schon vor der Anreise wird man mit Tipps für die Anreise, Einkäufe, Restaurantbesuche, Ausflüge etc. versorgt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit sehr gern wieder anmieten!

Das Appartment war in einem Top-Zustand und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Standard ist sehr gut und für Selbstverpfleger ideal. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Alles in allem genau der richtige Fleck um zu entspannen und auszuruhen.

The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible.
