This luxury apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation beside the sea. The apartment has two large terraces. The main terrace offers nicely views over the sea and the private enclosed garden. The whole apartment has been furnished to an andalusian-moorish style with numerous decorations and lamps, creating a unique ambience. The dining area is in a Spanish style and offers a large dining table with sideboard to seat up to 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to the main terrace with nicely views over the coastline towards Marbella and out to sea. Here you will find garden furniture and 2 sun beds. The master bedroom has a very large king size bed with 180X200cm, en-suite-shower room and direct access to the main terrace. The second bedroom is in a Spanish style and has a full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. This is the perfect holiday home, for all, who would like to spend their holidays in a unique atmosphere.

The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20 min. It is a 10 minute walking distance to the sandy beach.

  • All prices are quoted for self-catering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door, in just 2 km distance. In my opinion this apartment is a perfect place to stay on holiday. It was clean, well-maintained, stylish and had everything you need. From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach is very near. What is more important you don't have to spend all your time on the beach because there is a lot of nice things to see (for example Casares - the most often photographed pueblo). I would recommend this property to my friends because I spent there a great time!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt es fehlte an nichts die Terrasse traumhaft mit Meersicht und einem kleinen Rasen, wunderbar !!!
Wir würden wieder die Wohnung buchen !!!

Entspannung total im sonnigen Andalusien

Diese schöne und gemütliche Wohnung liegt auf einem Hügel in einer grünen Wohnanlage. Sie ist sowohl in Küche und Bad als auch informationstechnische sehr gut ausgestattet.
Von der Terrasse und dem kleinen Garten aus hat man einen weiten Blick über das Meer. Der Sandstrand ist dann auch in ca. 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen.

In der nahen Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist trotzdem zu empfehlen, da Spanien kein sehr fußgängerfreundliches Land zu seien scheint. So kann man dann auch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Malaga, Granada mit der Alhambra, Gibraltar oder Tarifa bequem errreichen.

Leider waren unsere zwei Urlaubswochen viel zu schnell vorüber. Aber wir werden wohl wieder kommen und können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

PS: Vielen Dank auch noch mal an die Vermieter für den lieben Empfang und die umfangreiche Vorabinformationen (Anfahrt, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.).

Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Fewo von 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet. Alle erforderlichen Küchen- und Haushaltsgeräte in neuem und technisch einwandfreien Zustand vorhanden. Wohnung sauber und ruhig - sofern wie in unserem Fall keine Handwerker im Nachbarhaus tätig sind, worauf der Vermieter allerdings keinen Einfluß hat. Von der Küstenschnellstraße ist nichts zu hören.
Die Note "ausgezeichnet" haben wir nur deshalb nicht vergeben, da die andalusische Küste auch hier total zubetoniert ist und der eigentlichen schönen Natur keinen Raum läßt.

Die Wohnung hat uns vor Ort genauso gut gefallen wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber, Handtücher lagen dekoriert auf den Betten und auch sonst war in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, es ist ruhig und man hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Am schönsten waren die Sonnenaufgänge.
Die Wohnung ist Ideal für Paare, die Ruhe und Zweisamkeit suchen. Zu viert kann man es mit Sicherheit auch sehr gut dort aushalten, die Zimmer sind groß genug.
Ein Mietwagen wird dringend empfohlen.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen.
