Welcome to our newly purchased tropical paradise at beautiful Papakea Resort. Our unit is conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access to the beach and the pool area in building E106.
The kitchen has been recently remodelled with maple cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting and appliances. It is fully equipped with brand new dishes, glassware, utensils and all the cookware you can imagine to make a gourmet meal!
The bathroom has also been remodelled with a new travertine tiled shower and separate vanity area with blowdryer and all new towels.
The Master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress, all new high end hotel style bedding, a flat screen HDTV, a ceiling fan and plenty of closet and dresser space.
The living room has a brand new queen sofa sleeper with a 8 inch mattress, new area rugs, lamps and art work, a new 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and free wifi.
Our condo has new super quiet air-conditioning and new sliding doors as well as a brand new washer/dryer, beach chairs and boogie boards and beach umbrella.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the morning sun as you sip coffee on the spacious lanai.
As renters ourselves for years we have tried to provide everything possible to make your stay amazing!
Resort Amenities Include: Two private pools with restrooms, 2 jacuzzis, beachfront access, three lighted tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, two 18 hole putting greens, and 12 Gas Barbecues at poolside. Spectacular 13 acres of manicured grounds with Koi Ponds and gardens.
Papakea is adjacent to North Kaanapali Beach and a short drive to the harbour town of Lahaina. There are wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. We have a local Farmer's Market 3 times a week one block away so you can buy all the freshest fruit!

*Spalling project is underway and continues as a 2 year project with an estimated end date of November 2014. The project involves removing all lanai railings, existing flooring on lanais, spalling repairs (concrete surface of building), water proofing, installing new lanai railings and painting. Work hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.

We chose Papakea because we absolutly love it's location! Aside from the gorgeous grounds and peaceful feeling of the complex and beach, it's walking distance to everything you need!
We love the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach as well as the spacious lanai which really expands the living area. We also love the gorgeous new decor in the condo and the location of our building which is only steps to the beach.
