My partner Nelson a Set Decorator for Film, who speaks French and I (local Real Estate Sales Agent) have made this home a sanctuary. We don't live here so it is always available for short or longer terms. We live a few blocks away, so always happy to help with anything while you’re on your visit. This house has everything I love, the kitchen with open access to the whole main floor, huge windows with a ton of light, heated floors in the luxurious bath (the candle lit chandelier), private deck to watch the sun set, high ceiling which make it feel so large. The location offers everything you could ask for being downtown Toronto

Sublime! A 5 Star Hotel in a House. Beautifully set out, stylish and comfortable. Close to everywhere you would want to be ; restaurants, galleries, yoga and swimming, shops (top end, medium or cheap), theaters and parks. Quiet, chic and pristine. Perfection.

This house and location exceeded all our expectations. The home was perfect for my family's month stay in Toronto, having everything we needed to be comfortable. John and Nelson were present hosts, yet unobtrusive. This is definitely a 5 stars rental.

Beautiful renovated house in a great part of town

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house for 4 nights while in Toronto. The house has been renovated to a high standard and is light and airy and very cosy (in winter). The location is excellent - just a short stroll to queen and king streets where there are restaurants, bars and good shopping. In addition, John was very friendly and helpful and I would gladly stay there again.

If you are a larger group, just be aware the 2nd bathroom is a little impractical (very low ceiling and located in the basement), but the house overall is still great and the main bathroom will be sufficient for most (we were 5ppl and it was fine). Happy to recommend!

These guys were wonderful from beginning to end and I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for a centrally located oasis. We were walking distance from everywhere we wanted to be, the house was clean and comfortable and our hosts were beyond helpful. This is "the" place to stay in Toronto!

Jon & Nelson are sincerely wonderful hosts, they attended to our every need & went the extra mile to make us feel right at home.

The property is ideally located next to queen west (restaurants, bars and the best breakfast houses). There is a small park no more than 10 steps away from the front door, and the area is strategically located to maneuver around the city.

The townhouse is newly renovated, with ample space for families, and has its own private parking.

Would recommend it for couples and small families.
