In the beach front part of Le Barcarès, perfect for a relaxing holiday, right by the Mediterranean sea with the infamous cruise ship the 'Le Lydia' (casino, disco, restaurant), in a residence in front of the sea, near to the sandy beach and the shops and restaurants. 1 bedroom apartment and gallery on the 1st floor, for maxi 6 people, ideal for 4, with terrace (barbecue and garden furnitures) with view over the sea. Publicity parking. Ground floor: Living area (bed settee, French TV), kitchenette (2 electr. hot plates). 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190). 1 Bathroom with bath. Separate toilet (mini-oven). First floor: Mezzanine with two single beds (90x190).

Public parking for this residenz (150m). You dont' have acces by car to this residenz but therefore you spend your holidays in a pedestrian mall in front of the beach. 2 bedroom appartement + gallery on the 1st and last floor, for maxi 8 people, ideal for 6-7, balcony (barbecue) with view over the sea. Pets allowed. You rent this apartment with a garage which is 150m far away from the apartment. First level: Living area (sofa, french TV, washing-machine), kitchenette (4 electr. hot plates, mini-oven, dish-washer, refridgerator with freezer), 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with double bed (160x190, you can seperate this bed in two single beds), 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 sep. toilets. In the summer time will be a lot of animations for the tourists (music groups, markets by night in front of the beach, expositions, ....). Large lake for wind surfing. Spain is not far away, maxi one hour. In 2 hours you will arrive in Barcelona.
