Publicity parking. Ground floor: Living area (bed settee, French TV), kitchenette (2 electr. hot plates). 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190). 1 Bathroom with bath. Separate toilet (mini-oven). First floor: Mezzanine with two single beds (90x190).

Nice sea town with a beautiful beach (8km). You will enjoy it with your family. You can do a lot of sports: sailing, horse riding, mountain biking, Adventure parc, Aqualand, tennis,..... In the summer time will be a lot of animations for the tourists (music groups, markets by night in front of the beach, expositions, ....). Large lake for wind surfing. Spain is not far away, maxi one hour. In 2 hours you will arrive in Barcelona.
