In the middle of the nature between the nearby Lake Constance & the soft hills of the foothills to the alps you will find our well equipped holiday home. The holiday apartment in a peaceful, elevated location on the edge of the historical village hamlet you will have a peaceful view of the idyllic Rothach Valley. The most southern place in Germany guarantees a lot of sun. The lone-standing cottage is well lit & sunny w/Mediterranean colors. The rooms & bathrooms are furnished with a lot of attention paid to detail. You have direct access to the beautiful sun terraces with a covered porch & the large garden. Particularly charming, in the middle of mountains and lakes, is the enchanting, snowy winter landscape from January to March & in the spring from May to June you can see fruit trees and meadows. A great experience is offered in the fog-free, clear, golden fall days from October to the end of November with the aromatic, colourful forests and the wide view of the alps of the region

The holiday apartment offers space for up to 14 people, a large eat-in kitchen, 6-7 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms and is furnished for self-catering. All rooms are well-kept and furnished with taste and care. With the goal of being one with yourself in your own house. To enjoy an ambiance that is similar to a hotel experience. We are reachable for you. With attractive additional offers and different services we will help you where we can. We place a lot of value on personality. We would be happy to recommend a few great restaurants in the region. From special baked goods for breakfast to cafes with ambiance up to classy restaurants - we care a lot about your well-being. For different excursions, we will provide you with maps of the region and brochures from destinations that you can either borrow or take with. Ski: For skiers there are more than 250 kilometres of slopes nearby. The closest ski lift is located in the city. Another very beautifully located lift (10 minute drive) are the panorama lifts of Hopfen with 4 lifts and a tubing trail, a part of which is ideal for beginners. The closest, similar complex is located in Oberstaufen (3 lifts). In the Nagelfluh chain nearby you will find larger ski regions. For skiers there is also the ski arena in Steibis (11 lifts), the Hochgrat (1800 m), the Hündle (7 lifts) and the largest summer toboggan run in Germany, also open during winter. Only 50 minutes from us is the Nebelhorn (2200m) with the famous World Cup Ski Flights (5 lifts). Nearby is also the Walmerdinger Horn (7 lifts), the Fellhorn (14 lifts) and the Kleinwalsertal with countless lifts and kilometres of slopes. Do not forget the unlimited amount of cross country slopes for skating or for classical cross country skiing and different natural sledding hills with lengths of multiple kms.
