Welcome to our lovely remodeled ground level condominium in the charming Kona Isle oceanfront resort. Our unit has been completely remodeled and feels airy and spacious because of its updated open kitchen. Since Kona Isle does not have elevators, the ground level location offers you convenience and easy access to the resort’s private sandy beach area.

The open kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and updated wood cabinets. This is one of the few units in the complex equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full size oven, stove, built-in microwave and refrigerator. We love to cook and have made sure the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home.

The condo has wood floors throughout the living areas and bedroom and a tile floor in the bathroom. Comfort is a top priority, and you’ll enjoy an oversized sofa and chair and a luxurious California King mattress.

The ground level location provides an effortless transition from indoors to outdoors, and you’ll find it’s easy to take advantage of the beautiful grounds. Just step off the lanai to carry your drinks and food to the oceanfront pool, beach, dining and BBQ areas. There’s no need to haul luggage and groceries up and down stairs as Kona Isle does not have elevators.

We purchased the condo in 2013 and have made several updates. New in 2013: A whisper-quiet drawer dishwasher, a combination washer dryer laundry unit, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, lanai bistro set, dining chairs and LED lighting in the kitchen and bath.

New in 2014: Tile floor and fresh paint in the bathroom.

You'll enjoy spending time on the furnished lanai with views of the beautiful Kona Isle grounds, the blue Pacific Ocean and the sound of crashing waves. Inside you'll stay comfortable with ocean breezes and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Or, if you prefer, the condo has an air conditioner located in the living area.

While our unit has a true Hawaiian atmosphere, you'll also find all the modern features, including a flat panel television with cable, stereo with Bluetooth connection and high speed wireless internet available throughout Kona Isle.

Kona Isle features a true Hawaiian feel with manicured lawns that lead to a private oceanfront sandy beach area with lounge chairs, picnic tables and three gas grills. It's the perfect place to lounge during the day and to enjoy sunset drinks and dinner. The resort also has an oceanfront heated pool with new patio furniture and is adjacent to an ocean-fed saltwater pool.

Kona Isle offers a great location for exploring all that the Big Island offers. The resort is just over a mile from Kailua-Kona and its variety of shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, entertainment and historic sites. Adventure and activities are also close by. Choose from relaxing at nearby beaches, snorkeling, golfing, sightseeing and more. And when you return, you'll have a convenient assigned parking space waiting for you.

Deposit: A 3-night deposit is due within 1 week of making the reservation. Full payment is due 30-days prior to arrival for low season, and 60-days prior for high season.

Our unit is professionally managed by a fantastic group! They have been in business for over 34 years and are available 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. They can also assist you in finding airfare, car rentals and any activities you wish to do while on island.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $100 cancel fee. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. During High Season, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance. No shows will receive no refund.

About Owner / Property Manager

Our love affair with Kona Isle started a decade ago. After years of trying and waiting, we got to have a piece of paradise. We visit our condo four times a year and with each trip we make updates and ensure it’s fresh and well maintained. Just a tropical dream

Love this unit. The condo is lovely & comfortable. Living room is spacious and kitchen is well-equipped. Having washer and dryer is a big plus. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom add on to the cool ocean breeze. The bedroom is very cool at night. Ground level is the way to go and we are truly steps away from the pool and beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the lanai. The grounds are so lush and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this unit.
