Vail House Rental Photos and Description
House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Behind the linear walls of this elegant and private three-bedroom home with room for eight tucked into the verdant slopes of the Vail Valley Corridor is a beautiful space filled with dark woods, plush leather furniture, and amenities like a wet bar, DVD/CD players, Blu-ray, and iPod dock. Boasting two decks with mountain views, this lovely home is located just six minutes from the upscale shops, galleries, and slopes at Vail, you'll enjoy the proximity to this world-class resort at a price that's reasonable.
Slip the car into the garage at the end of the private drive and enter the living area, a space where "Western" is kicked up to the next degree. Walk on gorgeous hardwood floors, punctuated with areas of beautiful earth tone tiles, and colorful area rugs that accentuate the home's unique combination of warmth and luxury. After a day on the slopes at nearby Vail or Beaver Creek, come back to your hillside refuge, prepare a drink at the wet bar, and listen to a CD as you warm yourself by the gas fireplace, nestled in a grand stone enclave. Though eateries of every type - from deli to five-star - are just minutes away, meals will be a cinch in the stylish kitchen, completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top-flight gas stove any chef would love!
The same attention to detail and quality is apparent in each of the three bedrooms, all located on the lower level. The master bedroom, with its king bed and cozy leather chairs where you can sit and read before bed or enjoy late night TV on the flat screen, also has its own attached bath, luxuriously appointed with a jetted tub, and stone and tile work of notable craftsmanship. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, attached bath and TV with DVD player. Put the kids in the third bedroom, where you'll find two twin beds and the same elegant decor. In all, there are 3.5 baths, so there's little waiting.
Your stay in this lovely home just West of Vail, puts you just a short drive from all the seasonal activities that abound along the Vail Valley Corridor. Hikers can out on one of nine trails in Vail Valley, like Booth Creek or Fall Creek Trail. Cyclists can choose between 18 different bike paths. The nearby Eagle River is waiting to float your kayak, fish, or thrill you with a whitewater raft ride. Golfers can choose between 15 courses in the area. And, of course, there's plenty of skiing, not just at world-class Vail with its 5,289 acres of ski-able slopes and 19 rental facilities, but also at Beaver Creek, just 11 minutes to the west.
