In the middle of Paris, only a couple of minutes from the Champs Elysees and Arc De Triomphe, in a typical, lively part of town. Rue du Faubourg St. Honoré is one of the most famous streets in Paris, twinned with 5th Avenue in New York. This is a fantastic 2-room apartment for 2 to 4 persons in a historical building built in 1880 by Gustav Eiffel. Located in the 8th district, it’s ideal for tourism or just strolling around the town! The famous Champs-Elysées is only a few minutes away on foot – with incomparably good restaurants, bistros, cafés, theatres and cinemas. This 45 m² two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor with lift is charming, absolutely quiet, beside the green inner courtyard, airy and sunny. It consists of a large living room with separate dining/living room, cosy bedrooms. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood parquet floors. Real quality furnishings!

Fantastic for a city break! 2 Metro stations right next door. In the middle of Paris, so you can go shopping on foot. You’ll rave about typical Parisian markets in Rue Poncelet, do your morning jogging in one of the most beautiful of all Parisian parks, Parc Monceau, only 4 minutes away on foot. If you like classical music there’s 'Salle Pleyel' concert hall nearby. Or visit the Russian church. Without too much changing of trains the Metro will take you to the Grand Palais, Platz de la Concorde, Louvre, Jardin des Tuilleries, Marais and the Platz des Vosges, the Bastille, Pompidou Museum Centre, Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower, the artists’ quarter of Montmartre, typical bistros and Sacre Coeur. Marvellous Infrastructure: 5 m: bus station 10 m: Taxi stand, restaurants and bistros, pharmacy, bakery with the best baguettes in Paris and croissants for your breakfast. 50 m: Metro station

Clean, quiet, comfortable, well-located apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Just off Place des Ternes, the location was great for catching the metro or for strolling the neighborhood. Parc de Monceau is close by, as is a great street market on Rue Poncelet. The apartment owners were a pleasure to deal with, and were very accommodating of our arrival and departure times. Cheerful rooms with lots of sunlight. I can easily recommend the apartment to others for an enjoyable stay in Paris.

Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Tage in Paris verbracht - mit Sicherheit hat auch die Ferienwohnung einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen, dass es uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist einfach top (Metro ein paar Schritte von der Tür, schönes Restaurant/Bar unten im Haus, wo man wunderbar Frühstücken kann, Bäcker gegenüber, etc., trotzdem ist die Wohnung ansich sehr ruhig), sehr sauber und einfach liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt vorab mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos und sehr sehr nett, auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Unser Fazit: Wenn wir noch mal nach Paris kommen, wohnen wir wieder hier :-)!

Herrliche Tage in Paris in einer sehr ruhigen, liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Nach ereignissreichen Tagen in der Stadt erwartete uns ein ruhiges Domizil zum Entspannen und Erholen. Zentral gelegen mit einer Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe und einer guten Bäckerei gegenüber ist die Wohnung ideal. Wir können sie mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern im Vorfeld sowie Übernahme und Übergabe habe ich kaum besser erlebt. :-)

ruhige Tage in Paris

wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Anders als im Hotel hat man Platz, wenn man wie wir geschäftlich in Paris weilt, seine ganze Garderobe unter zu bringen. Die Qualität des Bettes ist hervorragend, so dass wir wunderbar und dank Hinterhoflage sehr ruhig schlafen konnten (sogar bei geöffnetem Fenster). Wer Probleme mit engen Treppen hat (evtl. Alters bedingt) könnte in dieser Wohnung allerdings Probleme bekommen, da direkt hinter der Wohnungstür ca 7 Stufen zu überwinden sind und auch die Toilette 3 Stufen über dem Badezimmer thront).
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein hervorragernder Sushi Laden (schnell ausverkauft!) und wer das mag, findet am Place de Ternes ebenfalls vor der Haustüre ein ansehnliches Angebot von Kneipen (Achtung: miserables Frühstück). Apropos Frühstück: wenn Sie Wert auf kbA legen und so richtig lecker und schön frühstücken wollen, sei Ihnen die Kette "le pain quotidien" empfohlen und der Tipp mit dem Fahrrad dorthin zu gelangen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die gesamte Abwicklung ist wunderbar einfach, verbindlich und korrekt.

6 ****** Ferienwohnung

Gäbe es 6 Sterne, würde diese Ferienwohnung, die in einer der Prachtstraßen von Paris liegt, sie von uns erhalten.

Hier stimmte einfach alles: der äußerst nette e-Mail-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorab (in perfektem Deutsch), die pünktliche Übergabe der Wohnung durch ihre Nichte, die ansprechende Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung der geschmackvollen Wohnung (incl. bezogener Betten und bereitgelegter Handtücher), die Nachbarschaft zum Bäcker mit „den besten Baguettes von Paris“, die zentrale Lage (10 min. zum Arc de Triomphe, U-Bahn-Station quasi vor der Tür) und die reibungslose Übergabe der Wohnung vor der Abfahrt. Einziger Abzug: Fürs Schlafsofa geben unsere Kids nur 4 Sterne.

Wir haben uns mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (13- und 16jährig) dort für eine Woche äußerst wohl gefühlt und viel vom Pariser Charme mit nach Hause genommen.
Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
