Perfectly situated with our deck directly facing Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain and fabled Stein’s Way, this newly constructed, second floor condominium is the perfect destination for your family’s or group’s “best ever” winter vacation. Our view will amaze you. We are located directly across US highway 40 and from Deer Valley’s Jordanelle gondola; it’s but a 3 minute drive to the lift.

This Village at the Shores property reflects both impressive design and the highest quality workmanship by the area’s top builder. You can be among the first to experience our unbelievable view, the first class comforts and abundant amenities of this 1,500 sq. ft. luxury 3BR/2BA home. The condo’s amenities include dramatic vaulted ceilings and windows, solid alter wooden doors and moldings, rich hard wood floors, raised panel cabinetry, rich granite countertops, tumbled marble bathroom floors, an all Viking kitchen, natural stone fireplace with hearth, comfortable mountain furniture and the very the very latest in electronics.

The condo is professionally decorated and carefully appointed to be a relaxing and completely accessorized mountain retreat. The living area has a southwestern feeling with large area rug, all leather furniture including two recliners, nature themed artwork, and other appointments.

You will be cooking like a gourmet in the all Viking kitchen, which is fully equipped including new cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. The kitchen features a large separate pantry, service-island 3 leather bar stools, all granite countertops and natural wood cabinetry. For dining there is a hand-made wooden table with rich leather chairs and bench to seat 8 people comfortably.

For media and entertainment you will enjoy using our highly smart electronics including a 50” LED, 3-D TV and DVD systems. On the TV/DVD you can access NETFLIX, U Tube, Facebook and other Internet based entertainment. Secure, hi-speed Internet is included FREE in your rental. Room-filling surround sound powered by a wireless Samsung sound bar/sub-woofer system. By Bluetooth you can also wirelessly stream music from your cell phone through the sound bar system.

Also for your use and enjoyment, we have provided a nice selection of DVDs, books, games, puzzles, local tourist information and dining. The best places for snowmobiling or great steak are at your fingertips.

Après ski you will love sunny afternoons sitting out with a glass of wine to appreciate your unequaled view of Bald Mountain on a 200 sq. ft. deck with cozy fire pit. On the deck, there is a new gas BBQ if grilling is your passion.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are well separated, which provides excellent privacy. We provide premium bedding, linens and towels throughout. The Master bedroom features a California king bed with upgraded mattress, a walk-in closet and 32” flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a handmade queen bedroom set with new mattress. The children’s’ bedroom sleeps three in a a massive log Twin/Full bunk bed.

The bathrooms are all finished with tumbled marble floors and walls, natural granite countertops, framed mirrors and oiled bronze hardware. We provide soaps, paper products, hair dryers and other necessities for you. The master bath has a soak tub for two so for private relaxation in comfort.

The laundry room has a new washer and dryer including detergent for use by our guests.

When you rent from us, you will discover the location’s secret of wonderful accessibility, especially to the Deer Crest gondola lift. Be there by 8:40 and you will be parking just steps of the front door. Park City and Canyons resorts are a short, 1 Exit, 15 and 20 minute drive. Driving time to the SLC airport takes about 45 minutes with normal traffic and road conditions.

Our condo is professionally managed and maintained for your convenience. If you should ever have a problem during your stay you can get immediate help through our locally-based property management company located minutes away in Heber City. The property includes security doors and convenient underground parking (one assigned and one unassigned) for your use.

The Jordanelle area offers amazing value and central location convenience. This newly built condo features: New furnishings, upgraded beds an bedding, all Viking kitchen and the latest electronics. Large, west facing, deck with fire pit offering unequaled views of Deer Valley's Bald mountain ski slopes (a short 1 mile drive to the lift). You get the best in lodging but will pay much less than condo's of similar quality at the resort.
