The construction of this Villa was finished in 2007 and offers, all kinds of comfort, including air conditioning, in addition to its beautiful architectural design. The arrangement of the house is very personal and of high quality. It naturally includes a 29.5 x 13.2 feet sized electricity-heated pool. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the spacious and partly- covered terrace. Or barbecue in the evenings using our gas grill! The garden, with a beautiful layout for you to enjoy, is taken care of by a garden service and the sprinklers. The household is spaciously designed for six people. The layout of the Villa satisfies all your dreams. The large living room, is next to the kitchen and the dining room, and is equipped with cable TV, a DVD-player as well as a stereo equipment with a CD-player, all which are located in a cabinet.

Even during the winter, day temperatures hardly fall below 68-73 degrees F. During the summer, temperatures reach between 82.4-95 degrees F and you have a constant breeze coming from the Golf of Mexico. Off Cape Coral, next to hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, are located Sanibel und Captiva Island, the subtropical dream islands, with their beautiful white and partly empty beaches. These can be reached by car in little time.
