Why JP Soltesz chose Indian Rocks Beach
My wife and I had visited the Clearwater/St. Pete area for long weekends while living in Orlando in the 1990's. When we moved back to the Northeast we wanted to keep the connection and bought this condo. Up until now, our parents had been using it in season, but they no longer make the trip each year so we decided to list in for rent.
What makes this condo unique
The pool overlooking the intercoastal waterway is the #1 aspect of this development. You can sit on a deck chair and watch dolphin and manatee swim by, see flying fish catching air, and view several types of birds that fly over from the sanctuary across the waterway. The beach is little over one-half mile walk. Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect town. There are several beach access ways, but only a handful of parking at each access, so there are never a lot of people on the beach. There are no high rises blighting the horizon. Several bars and restaurants, plus a CVS on the island make it rarely necessary to cross the bridge back to the mainland. You can rent or charter boats or jet skis in town. Golf courses are less than 15 minutes away in Largo and Seminole.
