- A 3 bedroom house (all en-suite), sleeps 6 - Just yards from Preston Sands beach. - Balcony from master bedroom with views out to sea. - A 10 minute stroll into Paignton town centre. - Secure entry system and allocated parking. Edgerton House, The Retreat is a large house set in a private courtyard and just a few yards from the beach. The property is spread over three floors and benefits from a secure entry system, allocated parking, a garden and a balcony from the master bedroom with views out to Preston Sands beach and across Torbay. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge for younger guests. Paignton with its shops, restaurants, attractions and entertainment is just a 10 minute stroll along the seafront. The lively cosmopolitan town of Torquay or the quieter fishing port of Brixham are a short drive or bus ride away. This property benefits from 2 allocated parking spaces for cars only. Please note: This property will take a maximum of 2 dogs.
