This graceful property retains many original features, including sash windows, pretty ceiling cornices, marble fireplaces and fantastic window shutters. The fabulous kitchen features a beautiful tiled floor, leading into the breakfast area with patio doors onto the private courtyard garden. Situated on the Plymouth side of the Tamar Estuary close to Richmond Marine, Cremyll and Mount Edgcumbe. Nearby are three superb traditional English pubs serving real ales, quality food and local fish dishes.

Just a 5 minute stroll from the property is the passenger ferry to Cremyll and Mount Edgcumbe which makes for a superb day out at Mount Edgcombe House, a super local pub and breathtaking scenery. Also nearby is the Royal William Yard with superb views to Cremyll. It is also a short walk to Stonehouse Point with views to sea, parks and the Artillary Towers restaurant. The Barbican is a 15 minute walk away with its winding streets, restaurants, pubs and art galleries is within a short stroll, while a little further, the renowned National Marine Aquarium provides a great day out. Drake's Circus Mall offers an array of shops to satisfy every shopper's needs, whilst water sports enthusiasts are well catered for at the Mountbatten Centre. This property is ideally situated and driving into the city centre is not necessary, there is a hoppa bus every 15 minutes to the city centre.
