Enjoy your holiday in a quiet and well-kept complex with this pool at the sea. Sun, sea and fresh, aromatic air await you at the southern Costa Blanca. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, bath and two bedrooms and and bed linen and towels are provided. In the living room can be found satellite-TV and stereo. You can have a breakfast wide sea view. In additional oversize Sun terrace over the entire apartment inviting you for sunbathing, grilling and celebrating. Large Pool and the sea is nearby the door. It is a 2-minute walk to the wonderful, small sandy beach with its fresh water springs. The apartment is conveniently located within a a few minute walk from a selection of bars & restaurants at the marina and long sandy beaches with dunes. Beach & country and Sports: Numerous sandy beaches for every taste and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. A small family beach is 120m. Las Fuentas also has an extremely scenic port where the nightlife starts and finishes. Wide sandy beaches, open and surrounded by pine trees and small surface between cliffs alternate with rocky lagoons fishing and hiking. Friends of tennis, golf and water sports are welcome. Sailors from nearby are expected marinas. The domestic market with bizarre mountain scenery.

Costa Blanca - The health coast in Europe : The special climate and the high salt content of the air make the local coast as a recognized 'Healthy coast of Europe'. In 1800 meters from the apartment located the largest salt Sea of Europe with the salinity of the dead sea. To walk in the surrounding nature is a special adventure for people with health problems like skin, articulation, asthma and rheumatism. They are cured quickly and recover.

Helles freundliches Appartment, ganztägig Sonne,sowie die unmittelbare Nähe zum Mittelmeer ließen uns den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Eine perfekte Vorbereitung und Organisation durch den Vermieter sowie die freundliche Betreung vor Ort unterstützten den angenehmen Eindruck.

Owner's Response: Ein solches Lob erfreut doch sehr, insbesondere wenn man es von so freundlichen Gästen wie ihnen erfährt. Es bestärkt mich darin, weiterhin daran zu arbeiten, dass sich meine Gäste wohlfühlen und natürlich wiederkommen - wie auch sie im nächsten Jahr.

Wir verbrachten im April 09 eine traumhafte Woche in La Mata. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei unserer Ankunft hat perfekt geklappt, gute Betreuung durch den Vemieter.
Das App. ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Küche gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach unschlagbar!! Wir haben vor allem auch das Morgenessen auf der Dachterrasse genossen.
Eine Auto ist empfehlenswert. Es gibt sehr viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (Cartagena, Murcia, Capo de Palos (super für mich als Leuchtturmfan!), Palmengarten von Elche, Markt von Santa Pola und, und, und.
Die perfekte Jahreszeit auch für einen Ausflug ins Hinterland. Tausende von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen sind voll mit Früchten und auf den Feldern wächst das Gemüse (Broccoli, Artischocken etc.)
Es gibt sehr schöne, weitläufige Strände in der Umgebung.
Kann mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfohlen werden!

Wir verlebten die Tage über Weihnachten und Silvester in mildem Klima und in sehr gastfreundlicher Umgebung.
Im Appartment war bereits ein Grundstock an Gewürzen, Essig, Öl etc. vorhanden, sodass nicht alles zugekauft werden musste.
Die Appartmentanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Blick von Balkon und Terasse auf das Meer wirklich traumhaft.
Die Küste lädt ein zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen, die Umgebung zu zahlreichen Erkundigungen - Murcia mit dem Mercado de las Veronicas, Alicante, Cartagena etc.
Alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, findet man in den sehr zahlreich vorhandenen Supermärkten. Apotheken und Ärzte gehören ebenso zur gut ausgebauten Infrastruktur wie die Existenz zahlreicher Restaurants in sämtlichen Preisklassen.

Schönes sauberes Appartment.
Meerblick und Lage - besser geht es nicht.
2. Schlafzimmer (bei uns Kinderzimmer) fällt für unseren Geschmack etwas klein aus.
Auto finden wir für notwendig.
Pool sauber und gepflegt (mit Kleinkindbecken).
Herausragend war das top saubere Appartment,von der Bettwäsche,über die Küche bis zum Badezimmer.
In Summe alles bestens und empfehlenswert.

Wir haben hier im Juni 2008 3 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Aussicht und die Lage sind nahezu unschlagbar und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und vor Ort waren optimal und nachahmungswert.
