Wave Cottage is a newly renovated detached house on Preston Sands in Paignton. With the sandy beach just yards away and panoramic bay views, the property has an enviable location. The interior is the equal of the location with a complete refurbishment providing high quality accommodation throughout. There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the property, along with an attractive patio with outstanding bay views. A travel cot and high chair will be included for younger guests.

    A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
    For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
    Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August.
    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
    All properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
