On the first floor you will find a large living room with balcony with the most wonderful canal view, a dining area and the kitchen and a toilet. On the top floor you will find two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath tub and shower and a terrace overlooking the city.

We stayed here as family of 4. The apartment had good space, a practical layout and was clean and comfortable. From the initial booking and enquiries to returning the keys and checkout everything ran smoothly and the owners were helpful with questions and communication. We loved the view and space to just enjoy relaxing in the apartment between hectic sightseeing. The location was perfect, easy walk to central station and many other sightseeing spots as well as plenty of bread and cheese shops, restaurant and supermarkets either on the doorstep or very short walking distance. Yes a number of stairs to carry luggage, but then this is how you get the great view and the authenticity of Amsterdam!

The place was very clean and 5 minutes walk to central train station. Make sure you have a cellular that works because you need to call the owner for the arrival keys exchange and the stores around won't help you or land you their phone even if its a local call and the pay phone dont work.

Aside that, we really enjoy our stay and Ivan was quick on answering us back by e-mail for any questions before and during our stay.

Everything you need is on the corner like bakery, grocerie.

Le condo est réellement propre et vraiment bien situé à 5 min à pied de la gare centrale !!! Assurez-vous d'avoir en votre possession un cellulaire qui fonctionne là-bas car vous devrez apeller le proprio pour la rencontre d'arrivée d'échange de clées et les magasins autours ne vous aiderons pas même si c'est un appel local et les boîtes téléphoniques payantes ne fonctinnenet pas.

À part ça, nous avons vraiment appréciés notre séjour et Ivan est rapide pour répondre à nos questions avant et durant notre séjour.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est au coin de la rue comme boulangerie, épicerie.
