The Villa features nine beds, a large bathtub, 3 showers, 2 bathrooms.
The Villa is a perfect location for a large family or a small group. The large lounge area that is the majority of the house contains a live ficus tree growing in the center of the Villa, a grand marble fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Large full length glass windows and sliding glass doors face the lush tropical coast line and spectacular ocean views. Attached to the lounge area is a fully equip family-sized kitchen with bar stool seating counter tops in addition to the dining area. The main floor including the lounge area and kitchen are all wheelchair accessible with two bathrooms on this level. The koa wood staircase leads from the lounge area up to the loft. On the first landing of the staircase we have a queen futon bed. Up in the loft are three twin sized bed's overlooking the lounge area. On the other side of the Villa a few stairs lead up to the main bedroom. The main bedroom contains a king sized bed and two twin sized beds. Again, full length glass windows and a sliding glass doors open the room to lush jungle and ocean views. Just outside the sliding glass doors sits the Villa's private hot tub overlooking a waterfall and the ocean. Attached to the bedroom is a large tile bathroom with a big and comfortable oval shaped tub and two showers. There is a smooth sidewalk that leads from the front door of the Villa to the upstairs bathroom for wheelchair accessibility. The Villa contains a total of 7 beds, three bathrooms, three showers, one large bath tub, a private hot tub and it's own laundry facilities.
Surrounded by lush tropical flowers, and with the stunning coast line and ocean views, the Villa offers a secluded and luxurious sanctuary.
Reservations for the Villa require a two night stay minimum. If hosting a party or a seminar, at least thirty people can be accommodated in the lounge area.
Hawaii Taxes are added to the price of the rooms: GET is 4.167%, and TAT is 9.25%.

An introduction to organic gardening and edible landscaping is included in the cost of your stay. Also, yoga and meditation classes are offered three times a week on a donation only basis. Additionally, agriculturally based tutorials like a Edible Landscaping, Worm Composting, Introduction to Beekeeping, Raising Backyard Chickens and many others are also available for an additional cost. For those interested in healing and personal growth, training in Compassionate Communication and sessions in massage available as well.

With respect to bedrooms, the Villa can host up to nine people without adding additional futons to the beautiful marble or koa wood floors. The Master suite pictures below has a king size bed and two twin beds and offers a spectacular view of the coast. The Master Suite also has a luxurious private master bathroom partially pictured below. Two toilet closets and two large bathroom sinks are also a part of the Master Suite.
