The villa has place for 20 people distributed over 10 rooms, who have 6 bathrooms at their disposal. Moreover below the villa we have a indoor squash court, sauna and a bar with a pool table. The villa comes with daily maid service so your beds are made every day and the villa will be cleaned every day. You have the disposal over your own private pool and if you like to swim in the sea you just have to walk 200 m to the beach.
The lovely centre of Sitges is just a 2 min walk and you are in the area of the shops and the night life.

Surroundings and airport pick up: This villa is at the border of the centre and the exclusive residential area called Vinyet.
You can walk to centre in 5 min and to the beach in 2 min.

We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each. The price for one is only €525 per week.(limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. Please ask us for further details. We also have for rent a huyndai Atos for 35 €/day and a Porsche Cayenne for 150 €/day.
Extra services that we offer: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. She can stay over to sleep in the service room if necessary.
This service does have a cost of €12 per hour.
We can also provide scooters for you to rent.
We have 125cc scooters which cost €200 per week.

Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent English chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email.
The costs are €35 per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price.
Breakfast service: €60/week/person.
Free groceries delivery service if you buy over €40.
BBQ party service with music. Please ask for prices and availability.
Sport service: We have made an excellent deal with the local golf club.
For reduced prices you can play golf, football, basketball, paddle or tennis or use the three swimming pools that they have. It is located just right next to the sea, it is a really beautiful spot and you will love it to spend a day or just a few hours there.
