We do have a different Rate for the Cooper River Bridge Run - the first weekend in April. The rate is $1000 per night for that weekend.
I grew up in North Carolina and loved it, but I always found myself spending my weekends in Charleston to relax. My family is from Charleston so I only have the best memories there. I am a foodie to my core so if you need restaurant recommendations I have a lot. Traveling is my passion, I will go anywhere in the world in a second given the chance.
My family built this apartment because we wanted to be right in the middle of Charleston, it is a beautiful city and has the most delicious food. We wanted a very nice and beautiful place to escape from the world, and this was it. it's perfect.
I stayed with a group of 8 friends at this apartment in Jan and we had a blast! The apartment is beautiful and the owner is very nice and responsive. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Charleston and we were able to walk wherever we needed. The beds were really comfortable and the deck was great for relaxing. The place is super lux and we loved coming back at the end of the day. There was plenty of space. We definitely would have stayed longer if we could have!
Spacious & luxurious gem in downtown Charleston was the perfect reunion destination for 6 older gals.
The great room provides comfortable lounging & dining space with a big TV. All king beds are super comfy. Bathrooms have beautiful finishes. Linens and luxurious towels were provided on request.
Perfect location for walking to historic city sites, shopping & dining.
Owner Caroline couldn't be more accommodating. She gave great suggestions to make sure we hit the best places.
(Note:the apartment is on the 2nd floor and is 2 stories. Must be able to easily negotiate stairs to enjoy this beautiful property.)
This is a fantastic property right in the middle of Charleston.
Pros: Big, Fancy, Well-appointed, super comfortable beds, chef's kitchen, huge rooftop deck, amazing location, cool features (like the master bedroom decorations/bathroom door, interior lighting controls, glass fridge, light tubes).
Cons: Smells like fried chicken on the rooftop deck (could a PRO for some!).
Maybe some patio furniture on the rooftop deck (other than the built in benches) would be nice. But that certainly wasn't a deal-breaker.
Overall, a fantastic property. I would go back any time and happily stay at this property again. The owner was very easy to work with too!
Thank you for a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment!! We had 8 girls together for a Bachelorette Weekend over the 4th of July and this location was absolutely ideal for walking to restaurants and shops. Just a short car ride to local beaches. Caroline made everything seamless and was extremely responsive. The place was even better than we had hoped and in pristine condition. All in all, a fabulous stay!!
Stunning apartment in the perfect location to everything in downtown Charleston with its own private rooftop overlooking King Street. Very luxurious with lots of character! Day of wedding it was the perfect space for the bride and bridesmaids to have hair and make up artists come to the apartment. The kitchen and living areas were ideal to serve brunch while the photographers enjoyed the many photo opts from the roof top to the lovely windows and architecture. Within walking distance to finest restaurants and shops. The owner and management were very pleasant to work with offering plenty of suggestions in the area. This apartment was so great it became the favorite spot for the entire wedding group to reconnect throughout our stay. We all loved it!
My girlfriends and I stayed in this lovely apartment several weeks ago and we will absolutely be back. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is so beautiful and has everything you could want. The tub in the master bathroom was the perfect way to end the day after shopping. There were a ton of restaurants and shops right outside the door, so we could easily drop things off throughout the day and take a break. There was an amazing coffee place really closeby that we all went to in the morning. I have no complaints, this place was perfect!! Thank you for making our vacation amazing!!!
We were a family of five adults who stayed here in late December 2013. The place is beautiful and very well-located. However, there were some fundamental problems which should not be associated with a place this expensive.
Every bathroom should have a waste basket.
A fully equipped kitchen should have a coffee maker. This one did not.
It rained while we were there, and there was a skylight that leaked.
The plumbing had weird problems. To get hot water in the kitchen sink, you had to run the hot water in the shower in the nearby bathroom. The master bath shower had 2 shower heads with separate controls for each. To get any hot water, you had to run them both.
On the plus side, the kitchen did have a lot of paper products, trash bags, and some staple food products, saving us the effort of buying these things.
The contract specifies that renters must bring own towels. The apartment has towels but no washcloths.
This apartment is right where you want to be in Charleston, the many festivals from Spoleto (arts festival) to fashion week are about a block up. The area is made for entertaining with restaurants, shopping, theaters, and rooftop bars with live music. If you walk a few blocks towards the water front you will see many art galleries and beautiful antique shops, and you will find some of the most delicious candies you have ever tasted from local shops. The apartment has a large rooftop with benches that overlook the street below, perfect for watching the stars or simply the hustle and bustle below. There is always something going on in this area, all of the Charleston events pass right by the front door, even the Cooper River Bridge Run crosses our street!
