I arrived in Honolulu in 1996 and purchased this house in 2007. I currently own and have owned several businesses in Honolulu. I love to read books, sing Karaoke and travel. Especially to Hawaii's 9th island, fabulous Las Vegas.

Great stay

A beautiful, clean and spacious property leading to a fantastic holiday. Everything you need provided. Very large rooms with plenty of storage space and very comfy beds. Air con is all rooms - although in 1 room the air con was quite loud. Property about 30 min walk to beach so we used buses and taxis quite a bit - cheap enough and run frequently.

My recent stay in Oahu

House was conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. Reasonably priced. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable to stay in. It had enough amenities and kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Bathrooms even had extra toiletry supplies in case we ran out. Caretaker cleaned up the house nicely for our arrival and even had snorkely/boogie boards for us to use while we were there. Would definitely stay there again if we were to travel to Oahu again.

Great Place

Seven of us were looking for an inexpensive place to vacation after a seminar on the west side of the island. This duplex was lovely and very comfortable. The owner was really nice. The breeze and fans kept the main area comfortable, and the a/c units in the bedrooms worked nicely. There were some minor things (like the screen doors to the lanai didn't open) and yes, it's hidden in a pocket behind some apartment building (I would NOT call it slums like the earlier reviewer), but we weren't bothered or inconvenienced by anything. It was a great deal for a stay this close to Waikiki and easy access to the rest of the island.
