Palm Springs is just 15 minutes drive via Highway 111 as is the quaint and always fun to visit town of La Quinta.

Our family has been the only owner of this desert condo since its beginning in 1975! Many, many happy memories have occurred here over the years as our children have spent school holidays playing and swimming in the nearby pool. Thanksgiving holidays have always included the proverbial football games with a nerf ball and the play-off badminton games for bragging rites. We continue to enjoy these memories now with the next generation of kidlets!
This little condo was purchased as a golf get-away by my parents when they lived in the San Gabriel Valley and were nearly finished with raising 4 children. It was a gathering place for their friends for golf and camaraderie after the games.
Because it was always such a happy place to visit, we have kept the home in the family in order to keep those memories going for many more years to come.
