The remodeled kitchen is a show stopper with granite counters, specialty maple cabinets and high end appliances, Split-ductlessl A/C means a thermostat in every room. 20A is a 2 min level walk from the beach gate and ocean front pool. A second quiet pool and paddle tennis are adjacent to our parking area. 3 lanais invite you to enjoy the out doors. Cool breezes, tropical flowers, birds and the colors of Maui greet you every day from this beautiful condo.
Our Master Suite has ensuite bath with walk-in shower and a full dressing area. The King Bed is a select comfort bed which means you select the level of softness or firmness you want. Luxury bedding, Flat screen TV with DVD, a private lanai and some ocean views compliment this space. The second bedroom also has a dressing room and ensuite bath and private, walled lanai (patio).

Managed directly by the owner who also uses the unit several weeks a year, you won't find a more comfortable, tranquil, easily accessible unit at Ekahi. Continuously redecorated and update, we are on island nearly half the year and make sure 20A is in top shape. We provide a local contact who knows the condo well (she' been with us for over 10 years) for your immediate needs. Enjoy our owner touches from orchids, to complimentary, upgraded WiFi, all-in-one printer/fax, Netflix, HD TVs with full SPORTS packages, to our guides to area resources and books.

When you live in Michigan you look for warmth in the winter - that's how we found Ekahi - In 1979. I wouldn't have thought we'd travel so far so often but once we found it - no other beach destination could hold our interest. 20A is the first Ekahi condo purchased by the Pauli family. Matt is now the primary owner but Bonnie stays involved with decorating, upkeep and more.

We've now owned at Wailea Ekahi Village since 1999 and still can't believe the beauty of the place. No other resort on island is so low density. With clusters of low rise buildings on just 10 of the 34 acres - you feel like you're in a tropical garden.
Gated access to Keawakapu Beach - the best beach on Maui for swimming, running, playing in sand and more... not a little cove... a real 1/2 mile of soft sand.. and shade too.
Ekahi has 4 pools, beautifully landscaped gardens full of tropical color & exotic bird life, wide grassy lawns and secret hidden paths. Access to the ocean front boardwalk meandering south along Wailea Resort begins 50' down the beach. Walk the beach or sidewalk to restaurants, shopping and more.
