The bathtub/shower compartment is nestled between the main and master water closets and provides efficient, direct access from both with lockable doors for privacy. A central hallway connects the three bedrooms and bathrooms with the main living space.
The airy, open kitchen is well equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator (with icemaker), dishwasher, microwave oven, and glass-top range with oven. In addition, the kitchen features all of the small appliances and gadgets of a well-stocked home. Likewise, ample storage cabinets and convenient work surfaces abound! The adjacent dining nook is situated in front of the oversized sliding door. Also, a side door connects the kitchen to the attached garage.
