This villa is suited for 10 people, located in the Estoril Coast where you have sea, mountains, forests, unpolluted air and a mild climate. The famous Estoril and Cascais beaches are located 10 minutes away by car. At less than 15 minutes you can find five 18 hole golf courses: Estoril, Quinta da Beloura, Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa and Oitavos Dunes (the latter two classified in the 50 best courses in Europe). Sintra and Lisbon are located 20 minutes by car. Here you can also find the Europe´s largest casino, excellent restaurants, bars and pubs. The whole coast has excellent facilities for water sports including surfing, windsurfing, bodyboard, kitesurf, water skiing and all types of sailing.

This villa is located in the Estoril Coast recognized as a leading destination for major international events, be they sports, cultural or leisure. Excellent villa - Excellent Owners

We stayed in this villa for 5 months. During our stay the owner and his family were very tentative to our needs and made us living there very comfortable. We did some work from home and they were able to upgrade the internet for us. They also helped us purchase a car and assisted us with insurance documents etc. If we ever had any issues Albano would always go out of his way to help us.

When we arrived the owner was there to meet and great us and give us good local information on restaurants where to shop etc. He has also compiled a brochure of places of interest, things to do, gives ratings on different restaurants, and some of the best local golf courses. He also recommended a experienced maid who had worked at the villa before for a very reasonable price, she was very helpful during our stay.

The house is modern, clean and very well finished throughout. The games room is a huge room and a great addition to the house. The villa came very well equiped with everything that you would need, including garden furniture, towels, beding, fully equiped kitchen.

I would recommend this to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property - a five star stay

Clean , modern and spacious, the property surpassed our expectations. The bedrooms were all good size and the communal areas such as living room and kitchen are bigger than the photos. The salt water pool was perfect and we made full use of the outdoor barbecue and seating for some outdoor dining - most lunchtimes and evenings. This, together with games rooms in the basement meant the adults could have some quality time when the kids were asleep. There were 9 of us in the party and plenty of room - no-one was in each others way. Nearby was a big shopping centre and plenty of golf courses only 15 minute drive. Also about 15 minute drive to nearest beaches but would definitely recommend a car. The only shame is that there isnt a small corner shop for basic provisions but when we arrived the owners had even stocked up the fridge with bread and milk which was really appreciated!
Would definitely recommend this property to a friend and thinking about returning to it next year.

Estuvimos 9 amigas pasando unos dias y la casa es genial. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, es amplia, nueva y la barbacoa con la piscina una pasada. Sin duda y si volvemos vamos a repetir. Los caseros encantadores.

A fantastic stay

We arrived late at night ( 12h30am ) to be met kindly and shown around the house. The house is was immaculate. We were quite hungry so the owners kindly led the way to a restaurant open at 1am, the portugese steak was fantastic.

The house is a very new build and finished to a very high standard. We were working at the nearby estoril circuit for the weekend, and the house is very well placed. With a car you can be at the coast in 10 minutes or at the circuit in 10minutes, so perfect. The drive from the airport takes about 25 minutes and is very easy.

The entertainment system is good, and they even provided the aux cable to plug your ipod in.

The pool is salt water and not chlorine which is AMAZING.

A great stay, owner very helpful, definitely recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nous avons tous été trés content de vous avoir loué la villa.
Trés bien placé, ensolleillé, propre et spacieuse, nous avons passé de trés bonnes vacances prés de Lisbonne. Les commerces sont proches et le quartier est calme.
