Overview

Frisco House Rental Photos and Description

Quiet 3BR, 2 Bath Duplex, Close to Main St, Private hot tub in wooded setting

Seclusion in the Heart of Frisco!

Your home-away-from-home in Frisco is an ideally-located, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1800 sq ft duplex backing to a hill and surrounded by woods...and just steps away from Main Street. You're close to everything, but you'll feel a million miles away from it all.

Location. Location. Location! Whatever you're looking to do while in Frisco, you've found the ideal starting point. The home is located just 1 1/2 blocks from historic Main Street, so you're a quick walk away from its many restaurants, shops, services, and nightlife. The local brew pub is 750 feet from your front door!

You'll be just 1/2 block from the free Summit Stage Shuttle that will take you throughout Frisco and Summit County. Whether you're hitting the slopes in Breckenridge, Copper or Keystone, the shops in Silverthorne, or the Dillon Marina, you can leave the driving to someone else.

Want to go for a short walk, a long hike, or a grueling bike ride? You can, because you're just steps from the Frisco bike path, a 12-mile network of paved trails to take you anywhere in Town. The bike path links to the Summit County Recreational Pathway, which will take you to Breckenridge, Silverthorne/Dillon, Copper Mountain, even (for the truly adventurous) Vail.

Still looking for something to do? The Frisco Adventure Park is about a 5-minute drive from home. The park features year-round outdoor activities for the whole family.

The Frisco Bay Marina (on stunning Lake Dillon) is a 10-minute walk/3-minute drive from your Frisco home. This full-service marina also features a bar and grill on the water's edge and the launch for the water taxi, with service to Dillon and back during the summer.

The setting: As much as there is to do just outside the house, you'll feel a million miles away from it all when you cozy up at home. The house backs to a hill and is surrounded by trees. The views from the deck and hot tub are gorgeous - you see trees, hills, mountains, wildlife, and stars. What you don't see is the bustling town just a couple of blocks away. The hot tub sits on a newly-built deck nestled between the house and the hill behind it, so you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere...a perfect way to relax after all the activity of the day.

The home: The house was remodeled in 2013. New/updated features include the kitchen appliances and cabinets, kitchen and bathroom tile and fixtures, and all carpet. The house is tastefully decorated.

The upper floor features a huge kitchen (with dual-zone wine fridge!), dining room, wood-burning fireplace, living room, one bathroom and a versatile bedroom. (You have the option of converting the two twin beds into a king. The futon provides a place to sit..or another bed.) The living room has a couch and three chairs - perfect for watching your favorite show or team on the flat-screen TV (with cable).

The bottom floor features a large living room with wood stove, large-screen TV (with cable, Xbox 360 and a Blue Ray DVD), three couches (one of which pulls out to a queen bed), and one bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed. The washer and dryer are down here as well.

Other good stuff: The kitchen is fully-equipped; cable and Wi-fi are free and ready for you to use; lots of games, DVDs, CDs, and books. Both TV's upstairs and down have Blue Ray DVD players so with a large group you don't all have to watch the same thing!

Frisco is located within a few minutes drive of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and only 30 minutes from Vail Resort and Loveland Ski Area. The home is located 1 block from the free Summit Stage Shuttle . The home is also only 2 blocks from the Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon.

About Debbi, Dale and Eric

We live in Denver and love the Frisco area. We love to ski, bike, hike and all the 'ing activities you can do in Colorado. All three of us have lived in Denver for over 14 years and love the mountains just as much in the summer as well as the winter.

Debbi, Dale and Eric purchased this house in 2013

Why Debbi, Dale and Eric chose Frisco

We have wanted a place in the mountains forever and finally found the perfect place. We often ski at Copper, Breckenridge and Vail and this place is easy to access all of them without being stuck at just one. Also, Frisco is such a quaint town without all the traffic and congestion of Breckenridge or Vail but has great dining options within walking distance. When we first saw this property we knew it was the right place for us.

What makes this house unique

We love our place because of the privacy it offers while being walking distance to the quaint town of Frisco. Being so close to Frisco Bay as well as the shuttle service right out our door to Breckenridge, Keystone, Silverthorne and Copper make our home the ideal place to take a break from the traffic and truly relax.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful - Best Place Ever for a Girls weekend!!!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here with 7 other girlfriends - we came to Frisco for the Tubbs Romp to Stomp out Breast Cancer 5K snowshoe event. It was awesome - what a great weekend. This was our 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here and it still does not disappoint. If we only have 7-10 women again next year we will be booking again. Owners are awesome and they have great communication. It is amazing - close to everything you could possibly need or want. Love Love Love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for guys ski trip!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here with 3 buddies from out of town for a 3 day ski trip. We were more than comfortable. This is a perfect location to hit all the ski resorts around as well. Plus, the house is walking distance to main street with restaurants, bars, a liquor store, and a short drive to the supermarket. The hot tub was clutch after a long day of skiing. The home was pre-stocked with wood for fires and everything you could need aside from food. I will defintely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone. Thanks to the owners for being very responsive and accommodating!

Fantastic find!

  • 5 of 5

Stayed with my extended family for 12 days! Incredibly convenient location to town, buses, slopes. Very well stocked! Owners were unbelievably helpful and quick to respond to questions. Kids LOVED turning the hill out front into a place to sled. Plenty of seating for big meals. Numerous stuffed animals around the house for the kids to enjoy. Well stocked with linens.

Highly recommend!!

2 family, 3-day weekend

  • of 5

We stayed over MLK weekend 2015 with my brother-in-law's family visiting from out of state. The 4 kids crashed in the upstairs room and the adults had the downstairs to themselves. The home is even cozier than the pictures make it out to be. Spacious kitchen and dining room, comfortable furniture, hot tub was great, just a block from Main Street and the brewpub. We would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Ski Home

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I always make a ski trip out of the New Years holidays. This by far was the best place we have ever stayed! The home was clean, well furnished, great hot tub for 8+, and plenty of room for everyone. Its location in Frisco was perfect as we did 2 days in Breckenridge (10 mins away) and 1 day in Vail (30 mins away). We cant wait to stay here again soon!
