House fully furnished with centralized hot water. Parking within the estate and meadow grass (250 m2), and an orchard (500 m2) with barbecue. It consists of a room with a 135cm bed suite, a room with two beds of 90cm, a general bathroom and kitchen room, table and chairs for garden. The area is very safe, with very friendly neighbors, where you are comfortable with your family. The area is Country but well connected, so you can access this in a few minutes cualquer desired location: Banks, supermarkets, gas stations, medical centers etc. We provide area maps and brochures with more points of interest.

Relaxing and tranquil stay in the countryside

We were very impressed with what we read on the Home Away website about Maria and Juan's property. When we arrived the property fully lived up to our expectations. There was plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, hall and sitting room. Outside the sitting room there was a very large balcony. We ate our breakfasts and dinners there. That gave us such a good feeling! We ate out only twice, once in Santiago, once in Pontevedras.

Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Maria would come over every morning to see if we were ok. This was a good opportunity to ask any questions that we had. Maria's husband Juan and her daughter would also come over from time to time. The owners provided wonderfui customer service. On a couple of days we had put out some washing and it came on to rain after we left. Maria took the washing inside. That was very kind.

Galicia was an unknown area to us and is little known in the United Kingdom. We found that there was an enormous amount to do. There are very many beaches, and old historic towns in easy driving distance. The motorways seemed empty. We particularly enjoyed a trip to Tui down near the Portuguese border and we enjoyed Santiago and also Bayona. We found we could drive in many directions and come across something interesting.

For food and household shopping there is a large Carrefour supermarket less than a mile away. We found most of what we needed for breakfast, lunch (we made picnics) and dinner. There is no need to go into Sanxenxo. There are far more interesting and less crowded seaside resorts nearby, We walked to Vilalonga which is the nearest town. There are shops there but it not a place that sees many tourists..

Maria had very helpfully provided a list of places to visit, and of activities. We like history, culture, countryside, and art, We found many opportunities to visit places where we could see these. There were no music concerts we could go to. We would have been particularly interested in hearing Galician Celtic folk music.

We would recommend the property to friends. It was a great holiday. Maria, Juan and their daughter were wonderfully helpful. They were caring and friendly.

Yo proporciono mapas, información de lugares de interés turístico y cultural, variedad de restaurantes, supermercados, panaderías, mercados para pescado o fruta. Yo visito la casa todos los días, para verificar que todo funciona bien y estoy siempre disponible para atender cualquier cuestión y ayudar en todo lo posible. Pero, sin molestar, respetando la intimidad y la tranquilidad de las personas. Y mi teléfono esta siempre disponible. Deseo que el tiempo de vacaciones sea muy rentable para ustedes. Creo que los esfuerzos valen la pena. Los resultados son satisfactorios.

Simplemente perfecto

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Sólo podemos tener buenas palabras. Todo en el apartamento está exhaustivamente limpio, además encuentras todo lo que puedas necesitar, secador, plancha, tostador, exprimidor... y en un estado perfecto. La parcela donde se encuentra la casa, tiene un jardín muy bien cuidado, además de una zona estupenda para los padres con niños, donde hay algunas piscinitas donde se entretienen mucho.
Está muy bien comunicado, y además con plaza donde después dejar el coche.
María, lleva personalmente la gestión y cuidado de todo, y se nota, en el mimo con el que cuida a los invitados, además de la disposición para que todo esté perfecto.
Personalmente, creo que tuvimos mucha suerte de poder reservar la estancia en estos apartamentos, y no dudaremos en volver a visitarlos. ¡lo recomendamos!

Pero yo creo que la verdad..., me supera, no estoy a la altura, no llego ...., pero lo seguiré intentando. Sin lugar a dudas la cara de felicidad que os veo al partir, me dice que todo vale la pena. Que lo importante no es que lo haga todo perfecto, creo..., que lo importante es que lo hago todo con mucho cariño.

Location parfaite!

À notre arrivée , nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire: Maria et Juan sont très chaleureux; avec eux pas besoin d'aller à l'office du tourisme: ils nous présentent tous les endroits possibles à visiter, conseillent les restau, donnent les bonnes adresses,... On a plus qu'à profiter de nos vacances. En cas de besoin, ils sont toujours disponibles.
Quant à la maison, il n'y manque rien. Elle est d'une super propreté, et il y règne un grand calme.
Bref, l'une sinon la meilleure des locations que nous avons eues!

Un super séjour

L'appartement est situé dans une grande maison récente, avec jardin, dans un quartier calme. tout est très propre et très bien entretenu. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, qui ont passé du temps à nous guider pour nos visites touristiques (sites, restaurants, souvenirs, routes...). Ils sont très bien organisés, nous avions reçu des mails avec la localisation de la maison, par exemple. Ils nous ont donné des prospectus pour le séjour, des idées de restau......
La région est magnifique, on y mange beaucoup de poissons et fruits de mer.
Je recommande vivement cette location pour sa localisation, pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires et pour le logement en lui même, on y est comme chez soi, il ne manque rien, sauf un lave vaisselle !

7 arguments pour des vacances parfaites.

Si comme nous vous parcourez les commentaires pour trouver l'endroit rêvé pour vos vacances, lisez notre commentaire! Nous avons fait la même chose que vous avant juin.
Cet appartement, tenu par Maria et son compagnon, est un rêve. Plusieurs arguments pour étayer ce commentaire:

1) Premièrement, l'appartement est dans un état impeccable de propreté. Etant restés trois semaines à deux adultes et deux enfants (3 ans et 1 an), nous avons vu des départs, et à chaque fois, l'appartement libéré était nettoyé de fond en comble.

2) Ensuite, l'endroit est parfait pour les enfants. La propriété est clôturée, et une grille empêche tout bambin de s'enfuir sur les routes. Un grand verger tondu toutes les semaines est accessible juste en ouvrant la porte d'entrée. Aussi, de nombreux jeux d'eau sont disponibles. Des arrosoirs, petits bassins pour bébés et enfants, et même un petit vélo (avec anse pour pousser bébé si besoin)

4) De plus, plus sont toujours disponibles et prêts à répondre à toute question. Ils fournissent les adresses des attractions locales et des commerces ou restaurants qu'ils apprécient. Nous n'avons pas été déçus.

5) l'endroit est calme et à l'écart des grandes routes. Il est facile de se reposer dans la pelouse en lisant un livre, le bruit des routes est suffisamment loin de la maison. Ceci dit, gardez à l'esprit que les voies rapides sont faciles d'accès et très proches.

6) La propriété contient un barbecue. À chaque utilisation Maria nettoie la grille, et il suffit de la lui demander a peine quelques heures avant

7) Vous n'aurez pas besoin de prendre 15 valises de vêtements: 4 machines à laver neuves dernier cri sont disponibles pour vos vêtements. La savons et assouplissants sont fournis. Des pendoirs en nombre permettront le séchage au soleil de ceux-ci.

Pour toutes ces raisons et en conclusion de ce commentaire, nous vous recommandons extrêmement cette propriété, ces appartement et plus encore ses propriétaires qui feront tout pour que VOUS passiez d'agréables vacances. Je n'avais jamais vécu des vacances aussi relaxantes auparavant, et j'avais envie de vous le partager.

Vacaciones perfectas y con mucho encanto

La casa es maravillosa tal y como esperábamos por la información previa, la limpieza exquisita, las instalaciones muy confortables,tiene un jardín grandisimo y precioso, en la casa disponéis de todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia muy agradable.Es una zona muy bien comunicada para poder disfrutar de Galicia, los propietarios os informan al detalle de todos los lugares a visitar y por supuesto de lugares donde comer(fantásticos).............ahh y también os indican si hay alguna fiesta o algún evento tradicional Gallego al que valga la pena asistir.
Los propietarios son unas personas maravillosas que os harán la estancia muy agradable y ademas están las 24 horas disponibles por si surge alguna incidencia en la casa o por si queréis consultarles algo.
Estamos deseando volver, hemos estado como en casa y nos han tratado fenomenal.
