This house is minutes from Cal Poly. Good for visiting parents, visitors to SLO and for people of all ages. Entering the house on the upper level, you walk into the great room with dinning, living and kitchen. The materbedroom and bathroom on also on this level. Downtairs are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry. From downstairs enter the back sitting covered patio and hot tub. The garden is landscaped and has possibilities for sunbathers and having coffee outside. The house is very quiet and has great views of San Luis Obispo.
We have lived in San Luis Obispo for the past 19 years. We have five kids and wouldn't live anywhere else. Life is Slo is like no other. We bought this home so visitors would have a great place to stay while enjoying the central coast.
This property is only minutes from Cal Poly and downtown. Nestled up on a hill side by Cuesta Park, sitting above it all and having a view of Madonna Mountain and downtown. This is a house that is a must see.
This house is completely remodelled and full of all the amenities. When in the house, you feel a part of nature with the big windows overlooking the mountain tops. Very beautiful place to stay.
San Luis Obispo is a little hidden secret. The weather in slo is very mild. There are still seasons, however very mild. Downtown SLO has great shopping, restaurants, Bars, Banking. Thursdays nights you can enjoy farmers market on Higuera street from 6-9 pm. There you can get great organic produce or just eat from many of the vendors on the street. Farmers Market is a must. If you enjoy riding your bike, then get on the Bob Jones Trail and ride with your loved one or family to Avila Beach. The ride is very peaceful, and it is a very safe path for kids. Avila Beach is a great hidden secret. The waves are big enough for the kids to have fun, but not strong enough to cause harm. The water however is cold.
If hiking or walking is your thing, then enjoy Madonna Mountain, Bishops Peak or The Johnson Ranch trail. You can get a good 1 to 3 hour hike depending on your fitness level.
Travel down the road to my favorite place, Morro Bay. There you can shop, watch the sunset off the sand dunes, enjoy some great food, go deep sea fishing or get some exercise canoeing. San Luis is located on the central coast exactly 3.5 hours from San Francisco and Los Angeles. It is agreat place to visit and course a great place to check out Cal Poly or Cuesta Junior College.
