Location, Location, close to the beach, Shops and restaurants. No Car Needed.

One bedroom apartment located on Beach Walk in the newest and best part of Waikiki, steps from the beach and on the beach side of busy Kalakaua Avenue. All the best surfing spots on the south shore are right there at the end of the street. Beach chair, Umbrella, Stand-Up, Sailing, Kayaks, Sailboard and Surfboard rentals are available. The Beach Pad is located Half way down Beach Walk on the left between Embassy Suites Hotel and the Regency Hotels, across from the Breakers Hotel, with the Trump Tower Hotel at the end of the street. The rental unit is 572 sq feet, one bedroom on the second floor and easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Newly remodeled, Granite Counter tops, New furnishings.

2 cable TVs, Internet, Wi-Fi and all necessary utensils. Microwave, large Refrigerator, Toaster, 2 Beach chairs, 2 Boogie boards and Beach towels. Sleeps 4. Queen size bed, sleep 1 or 2 and a convertible Sofa/bed in the living room which can sleep 1 or 2. Coin operated washing and dryers are on the same floor. We are in the middle of all the best Restaurants and shops. Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Beach Walk Shopping Center, renown Roy's island-cuisine and the Yard House. The Hard Rock Cafe, Bill,s Sydney, three Japanese restaurants, Italian restaurant and two convenient stores all are located on Beach Walk. Shore Bird and the Ocean House Restaurant in the Outrigger Reef on the Beach Hotel overlooks the beach and ocean. Designer shops on Kalakaua Ave.

No Parking at the condo. There is parking at the Post Office One Street over on Saratoga st., a 4 minutes walk from the condo, It has over night parking $20 a night. Diamond Parking a 4 minutes walk from the condo on Lau'ula st, $15 from 5 pm to 7 am or $20 for 24 hours. You can Park at Fort DeRussy, $150.00 for 30 days, that is $5 a day. 7 days is $22 a day, 14 days $11 per day. The Hotels charge their guest $25 to $65 a day to park at there Hotel. So Fort DeRussy is cheaper than the Hotels. Waikiki Banyan $15 daily $80 weekly 201 Ohua Ave, a 20 min walk. Streets parking which are free after 5 PM. till 6 AM. You have to look For a vacant space. There are Bus stops are on saratoga street just buy the post Office 3 min walk. All Taxes' included in Price.

Close to the surf, beach, shops, entertainment and a short walk to everything in Waikiki. If you wont to explore the island there is a travel agent on the ground floor. No car needed. If you have to drive, Rent a car is just down the street.

Secure and Safe building. A keyed elevator. On the second floor and easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Newly remodeled. There is No Lanai. We are in the middle of all the best restaurants and shops. You can walk every where in Waikiki. The beach is at the end of the street for the sunset and Fireworks. No car needed. (the traffic is crazy.) Tours are the best way to see the Island, the tour driver does the driving, the tour driver knows where to go, and is very informative. There is a travel agent on the ground floor. There are Bus stops are on saratoga street just buy the post Office 3 min walk. Rent a car is just down the street if you want to drive. This apartment's greatest asset is its location in the vibrant Beachwalk-Lewers Street area; just half a block from the Waikiki beach, and a choice of many eateries and bars within a few minutes walk. This basic no-frills apartment, surprisingly well equipped, had a comfortable bed, a small kitchen with utensils, you can have a decent hot shower and share a communal laundry. Best suited to travellers without a car, looking for cheaper accommodation. Affable owner lives on site. Wi-Fi a bonus.

Perfect location

Nothing but good things to say about the apartment and host. John was very accommodating before we arrived. We had a delayed flight and did not get to the apartment until after midnight but John has a great system set up and checking in was easy. The location was perfect for us. We were in Waikiki for a wedding and we were only a 5 mins walk from the venue and all the surrounding hotels that our friends and family were staying in. The apartment was clean and a good size for my family of 3.

Excellent place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for one month and absolutely loved it. The condo is very nicely furnished, clean, and in a safe building. The full kitchen was perfect for our longer stay. The owner is very friendly and will give you your space unless you need him. When storms approached, he made sure we were prepared and was also only a few minutes away when we locked ourselves out once. The location is at a perfect spot in Waikiki for dining, the beach, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Recently (June 2014) booked and stayed here. Fabulous location, everything is just a short walk. Unit is immaculate, well equipped, kitchen, bath, internet and two TV's, better than home. Had to leave early, personal issues, Owner was understanding and helpful in accommodating. Will stay here next trip for sure!

Great place to stay!

The place was perfect for all of us. Myself and three university aged daughters. The unit was clean, secure, centrally located. We walked everywhere- the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stops, etc. The owner ( John) was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed . Would definitely stay at this place again!

This property was newly furnished and very clean. It was in the perfect location for dining, walking to everything and sunning on the beach. The owner/manager was friendly and lives in the building and is available if you need him, otherwise doesn't bother you. I would rent this again when I go back to Honolulu.
