Terms & Conditions: Reservation Deposit A £200.00 reservation deposit must be received before your reservation can be confirmed. Balance Due The balance is due and payable 60 days prior to your arrival, bookings made within 60 days of arrival are due and payable in full at reservation. Groups must be the size specified on the reservation form including children, failure to comply will render the booking void and forfeit of all monies paid. You will have to change your booking and pay any difference or if the property is over capacity, vacate with immediate effect. Security Deposit £35.00 will be added to the final invoice for accidental damage insurance, anything deemed to be non-accidental by our insurers will be charged to your credit card and pictures will be provided of the damage. Check In/Check Out Time 4 pm Check in 10am Check out Travel Insurance It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance. We can offer comprehensive insurance at 7 per cent of the cost of the villa rental, ask us for more details. No refunds of any kind will be available if travel insurance was declined when booking. Cancellations Please see travel insurance. Pets Our home is pet free. Smoking Our home is smoke free, however smoking is permitted outdoors. This avoids triggering the smoke alarms and keeps the homes odour free. Payments All payments made with major credit cards can be done so securely through PAYPAL. Payments made by check, money order or bank draft are also acceptable. We do not recommend sending cash in the mail. Damage and Breakages Any damage or breakages must be reported to Vacation Villas Property Management immediately. If not the guest/s may be held liable for the repair/replacement cost. Liability Neither Vacation Villas Property Management nor the Home Owners of any of the properties advertised on this website accept responsibility/liability for any mishap, of any kind, occurring to any guest whilst in the rental home. Left Behind No responsibility can be taken for items left behind, please check the home to make sure you have everything before leaving for the last time. Please be sure to lock all doors and set the alarm on exiting.
