The apartment has a wooden floor throughout, apart from the tiled bathrooms and kitchen.

The apartment is conveniently located on the Buckingham Palace Road and is located on 7th Floor accessible with three lifts. A 24 hour concierge looks after the building. Facilities include a private car parking space, gym facility (not supervised), sauna and a small Japanese garden. Close to Victoria rail and coach stations, and to Sloane Square underground.

This apartment is ideal as a base for a family holiday in central London. It is also ideal as a serviced apartment for businessmen/women, and can be cleaned daily for an additional supplement.

Our week in Buckingham Palace Road was great. Photos are accurate and the apartment is as described. It was clean and comfortable for our family, and well stocked with all we required. Close to Victoria station, but a much more delightful walk to Sloane Square station which became our preferred option after a couple of days. You could have been in 2 completely different parts of London! It is so good to be able to be able to relax with your own space at the end of the day, and in our case when one of the family was not well for a day. The porters are helpful and always on hand if required. Louise always responded to emails, although sometimes it took a couple of days. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Clean, spacious, well located

We are a family of four, and found the apartment just right for we needed - close to transport and quiet location, walked to Buckingham palace and close to Victoria Station

Just needed to be one more sofa, as not enough for four people, but nothing more to change

Perfect stay for the Olympics

My husband, daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter spent 8 perfect days in this apartment for our visit to the Olympics. It was much more than we had anticipated. The apartment was very clean and spacious and no problems. It was much better than booking a hotel. We really had the feel of home away from home. It was in walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park and other attractions. We used the Victoria Station, which was a block and a half away, as our daily transport to the Olympics. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and if the opportunity presents itself again, I would stay without hesitation.

Perfect for our family of four

Our family of four - including our two sons ages 22 and 24 - stayed here for five nights in May. This was a special trip for us, commemorating our son's college graduation. The apartment met and exceeded all our expectations. It was a perfect location, close to major sites and nice restaurants. It was wonderful to come home after a long day of sightseeing and have room to spread out. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and were so close to the tube, our starting point for most of our sightseeing. Also, close to Victoria Coach Station, where we arrived from Heathrow, was only two blocks away, and a convenient starting point for the daily shuttles to Oxford. We cooked breakfast each morning, but ate out for other meals. The concierge men were so nice also, welcoming us with a big smile each morning and evening. Having this apt made our trip so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

The flat was just as described, and was very clean. We had only one issue with one of the toilets, but Louise had someone there the next day to check it out for us. Our favorite pub was the King's Arms Tavern near Victoria Station -- our sons said they had the best beer selection! We shopped for groceries at Sainbury's in the Station. Prices seemed reasonable.

We would definitely recommend this apt to anyone wanting a roomier (and less expensive) alternative to renting two hotel rooms in London. We would stay there again!

Located on Buckingham Palace Road close to the River Thames and the Embankment. The apartment is in walking distance to Victoria tube, train and coach station and an approx 6 minute walk to Sloane Square. Close to the West End and all its attractions - including Buckingham Palace, Kings Road, Knightsbridge and Oxford Street.

Additional nearby attractions are: Royal Mews, Spencer House, Westiminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament , Big Ben, Hyde Park, St. James Park, Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, National Army Museum, Royal Hospital Road, and the Royal Academy of Arts.

The surrounding area is served well by many good restaurants including fine dining and gastro pubs.

There are two supermarkets in nearby Victoria (6 minute walk) and a delicatessan is 4 minutes walk away.

Hertz and Europcar have rental offices across the road from the apartment.

    A 25% deposit, minimum of £100, in advance to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of your stay for 'standard' period bookings, and 45 days prior to the start for all other booking periods. Cancellations may be made 45 days or more from the arrival date, and any monies paid will be refunded minus any bank and foreign exchange fees. In the event of a cancellation within 45 days, deposit and balance payments are non-refundable.
