With a southerly aspect, the 27' private pool has an oversize deck area which is fully screened. The pool has its own jacuzzi / spa and faces south to catch the sun all day long. This spacious two storey accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, lounge, family room and a separate formal dining area. The villa also has a games room with a slate bed pool table.

This is an area at the top of the grand stairs – the landing, here you can find a small desk with high speed Internet access.
There is also a huge leather chair which rock and reclines, a glass ‘Pub’ table with 2 chairs in case you just would like to take a snack and a drink and escape for some ‘surfing’ of the inner veins of your eyelids!!.
The price includes all gas, electricity, linen and towels.
Even those smaller items are catered for such as the vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryers, etc
The airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford Airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes.
The Gulf Coast Beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.
