About Linda Valentine

We've lived in Santa Fe since 1992 and can truly call it our home. We love to travel and stay in other VRBO homes but it's always great coming back to Santa Fe New Mexico. Our business is in Santa Fe making it easy for us to manage the property making sure it's perfect when you arrive.

Linda Valentine purchased this house in 2006

Why Linda Valentine chose Santa Fe

We bought our rental property not only for others visiting and wanting a great place to relax and enjoy but also when we need an in-town place, we can stay there and take our dogs on a walk to the Plaza and enjoy eating and drinking at all the great restaurants in the downtown area as all of our visitors do. We live in the county of Santa Fe so it's a great getaway for us too!

What makes this house unique

Our property is inside an off street gated compound accessed via remote control and has 3 add’l. separate Casitas (all little homes within the compound). Ours is just under 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with everything for a very comfortable stay. Including radiant heated brick floors, 2 bed/2 bath, couch that makes out into a queen size bed, all adobe construction, decorated in very sophisticated Santa Fe style, Kiva Fireplace (with wood), wireless internet and all amenities. You are a 5 minute walk to Albertsons Grocery, Sun Flower Market, Starbucks, restaurants and more. It's only about 10 to 15 minute walk to the historical Santa Fe plaza and 30 plus minutes to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Hi, Dana and Linda;

Thanks for the delightful stay at your casita last week!! It was just what Maggie and I needed to get away, reconnect and relax. What a great place and location! I will definitely recommend to anyone I know that is coming to Santa Fe. I hope to be back with my husband sometime this summer or fall.

Can you tell me where you bought the copper sun light that is on the wall in the dining room? I loved how the light reflected on the wall from this light!

Take care- thanks again!

Great house, great location

  • 5 of 5

This was a very cozy home in a great location. Comfortable bedding and two full baths made it perfect for a girls get away. The gated compound with off street parking was a plus. It was just a 15 minute walk to the Plaza for food and entertainment. I would definitely stay there again.

Peace of Mind

  • 5 of 5

The owners were fantastic with communication. This was a rental for my daughter who really enjoyed the home. I can't wait to stay here myself. I have attempted to find nice cozy hotels in Santa Fe for years and always feel disappointed by the outrageous pricing as compared to amenities and comfort of the rooms. I am glad I found a great alternative!

FAVORITE CASITA

  • 5 of 5

This Casita was perfectly situated near the Plaza and across from a small shopping center providing quick services like coffee, groceries and restaurants. The bedrooms were roomy and the bed in the Master Bedroom was really comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the fireplace in the cozy living room. We have been to Santa Fe many times and have usually stayed in hotels, but this was a very pleasant experience and we will be back.

A Great Experience

  • 5 of 5

Was told by friends in Santa Fe not to tell how fabulous Casa Buena Suerte is as it may not be available for my next stay. But have to tell all. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Having secure off street parking is like winning the lottery. Walked to Plaza for tree lighting and dining and shopping. Better than advertised. Really can't say enough

Great Location

  • 5 of 5

The nice 2 bedroom Casita was very cute and cozy. It was close to the plaza, and lots of restaurants, an easy walk. The gated property was a plus, made parking easy and safe. The second bedroom is very small with two twin beds, but it suited our purposes just fine. The outside area was nice too for enjoying a class of wine and the great fall weather. We were very happy with our visit.
