About Jayne Spector
My husband and I grew up in Southern California and both spent vacations in the desert as children. We have wonderful memories of those times. Throughout our married life we have continued to spend holidays and vacations in the desert and really love the area. We have lived in Seattle for the last 14 years and now that we are empty nesters we spend the winter in Palm Springs.
Jayne Spector purchased this house in 2013
Why Jayne Spector chose Palm Springs
For years we stayed with friends and at hotels in various desert cities. About 7 years ago we decided Palm Springs was our preferred city. We love walking to downtown and the village feel and friendliness that grows from having a city center. We looked for a home of our own for 4 years before finding this wonderful property. Movie Colony has always been a favorite neighborhood of ours and when we saw the property we knew right away we had found something unique. The private setting and setback from the street make it the relaxing retreat we were looking for.
What makes this house unique
As empty nesters, we wanted a home that has room to entertain and invite friends for weekends. The separation of bedrooms is perfect and enables everyone to have privacy when desired. We love the grounds and all of the special little areas you will discover as you walk the property. It feels like a different world with each corner you turn.
We are certain you will enjoy this amazing retreat as much as we do.
