Historic House from the XVIII century located in the main square of Pravia. It has a wonderful view of the historic area of the city.

The house has been recently refurbished, maintaining original structure and equipped with all the modern facilities. It has 4 floors but very comfortable to live in. It has 4 bedrooms with two beds in each room and 4 complete bathrooms. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. There is two sitting rooms, an independent TV room, two dining rooms and in the fourth floor, a big play room for children.

The house is very welcoming and comfortable and is within walking distance to every place in the city you may need.

The surroundings of Pravia offers many activities to do and explore, like historical sightseeing, trekking, beaches, nature acttivities. The whole of Asturias is worth like seeing and our house because of its location, very well communicated by highways and the Asturias Airport, offers a wonderful location to discover this area.

Pravia it´s the capital of the area so, it´s a welcoming city that offers many facilities. Only 8 km away from the sea, with a very good communication to it and also has a very convenient location for our visitors as the airport of Asturias (Ranon) is only 15 min. away.

Pravia shelters historical buildings like the Colegiata Church and the Casas de los Canonigos dated from the XVIII century, the City Council, the Palace of the Marquise Casa Valdes, the Hotel El Busto...all in an XVIII century atmosphere but with all the facilities of the modern world, medical centre, supermarkets, pharmacies, boutiques, shops of many types, etc..

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • When booking the property, it will need to be paid half of the total rental rate and two weeks before the arrival, the rest of the amount. At the arrival of the tenants, the owners should have the whole amount of the rental rate and If by then it hasn't been received, the property reserves the right to not rent the property and to not refund the first booking rate.
    With the second payment, the owner ask for 200€ more as deposit that will be totally refunded on the following days of the end of the rental period after checking that the house has been left as it was given and that nothing has been damaged. The property will reserve the right to keep the deposit for financing the repairing costs or 70 € if the house needs an extra time of the scheduled cleaning.
  • A contract signed in between the parts will be required. The property will send a copy to sign to the tenants at the same time of the first payment. Until this first payment is done and the signed contract is received, the property won´t book the property.

Nice week-end in Asturias in a lovely house!

The house is very well located, it's in the main square of the town. We went with children and there was a playground at the corner of the street as well as a supermarket and many restaurants. The house is very comfortable, it has every detail you can think of. Area for children at the top, a nice kitchen with all the gadgets you may need, nice bedrooms with huge bathrooms, a lovely living room. Everything is clean. You feel at home from the first minute. Pravia is a nice little town and there are many things to do around. We went for a walk along the Nalon river, to the beach, to visit several towns, ...People in Asturias are very kind and heplful. Their food is delicious. I highly recommend the house. We had a great time. Congratulations to the owners!

INCREDIBLE! I ALREADY WANT TO REPEAT!

I've rented many holiday houses and this is definitely the one I would highly recommend!!!

We went for a long weekend with friends and children, a total of 9 people, and we had a great time!

The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy, unique... it truly meets and even surpasses the expectations from the house description and pictures. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with personal bathrooms, the living rooms are like being at home but better!, the kitchen is easy to use, and the children's playroom is great for the kids... and for the parents!!!

Pravia, the town is also beautiful. Its a nice little town by the Nalon river at the foot of the mountains and only 15 minutes away from beutiful beaches. We went to Aguilar and Concha de Artedo and they are incredible beaches. Also, we visited the beautiful towns of Oviedo (the main city of Asturias which Woody Allen loves), Cudillero (a little fishers town), Somado, Pola de Somiedo (high in the mountains), San Esteban... its too bad we were only there for 5 days, we wanted to see so many more!

And the food... wow! The fish, the meet, the fantastic Cabrales cheese, the filled onions, the Sidra (the local apple cider), the vegetables, the fruit, the desserts (is the local cheese cake)... and of course, the fabada (the Asturian bean stew)! And the great thing was that it was good anywhere we went, from the big restaurants to the roadside little taverns on the lost roads we took. Wow! That's all I can say.

I would definitely recommend this house to everyone! In fact, I'm already thinking of renting it again!!!
