We are a child-free couple who love to call Vancouver home because of its awesome beauty, access to recreation and great urban environment and central location for travel by air, water, car, bicycle or on foot.

Main Street offers such a variety of eating and entertainment choices within short walking distance. Beyond, Vancouver's many and varied neighborhoods each have their own uniqueness to discover and enjoy. We love to explore our own neighborhood as well as other areas of the city.

We travel a lot and much prefer to stay in rented suites, apartments or houses than hotels. Finding out about other cities and what makes them special is as interesting as the people we meet while traveling.

We enjoy helping our guests get the most out of their stay and our city - so they can get a sense of what makes Vancouver special - rain or shin - it's one of the best places to call home. We hope our guests agree and call Vancouver 'home' while they enjoy all that the city are area have to offer.

We travel a lot and love to discover new places and meet people, but we also love to coming home to our own city and rediscovering why we chose to live here.

We moved in to our home when it was new back in 2006 and since then we have come to enjoy the many benefits of our quiet street and the surrounding neighborhood. We are in the geographical center of Vancouver - so access to water, mountains, parks, recreation, downtown, highways and ferries is another reason we love our home, our neighborhood and our city - and hope that our guests come to appreciate some of the things that make this corner of the world special.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The only downside to my stay in the suite was that it was for far too short of a duration! The pictures provide a fantastic representation of the suite, and it is extremely clean and well maintained. For those who enjoy cooking the suite has all of the cookware and essentials that you may need. For those with a car, there is plenty of parking right on the street, and there are many attractions within a quick drive. For those on foot you have access to anything you may need within a 10-minute walk, and excellent public transport will easily get you to any farther destinations.

The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. They ensure that you are comfortable throughout your stay, and are always available to answer any questions. They know the area very well and can provide you with suggestions for anything you might be looking for. I would highly recommend this suite to anyone looking to have a perfect home away from home. I cannot wait to stay there again for my next trip to Vancouver!

COMFORTABLE SUITE

As a woman travelling alone, I felt comfortable and safe in the suite and neighbourhood. The suite is accurately depicted here, and the hosts are considerate and responsive without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend this suite!

LITTLE RED HOUSE IN VANCOUVER

In addition to the excellent accommodations/amenities this is one of the quietest and friendliest places/neighborhoods we have ever stayed in on any of trips to Vancouver. The house itself gives one a feeling of being at home with it's charm and brightness, i.e., clean, well maintained, up to date kitchen facilities, entertainment center, (cable/satelite TV, stereo system).
Our hosts, without question, made our stay very pleasant by keeping in touch and providing us with information regarding shopping, entertainment, transportation, and places of interest nearby.
If available, we hope to stay at this location when we return to Vancouver.

WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Because I am always on the road for work, it is incredibly important to me to find comfortable places to stay during my travels. This apartment was absolutely perfect for me and I would highly recommend it to other travelers. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, quiet and in a really nice location. Numerous restaurants were only a few blocks away, with a wonderful coffee shop just down the street. Hotels often feel so impersonal, and never feel like home. This apartment was a wonderful alternative - and became my home away from home for the week. The final touch that made this place so great for me was that David and Dominique were such warm hosts. They have taken great care to make the apartment cozy and comfortable - and they checked in on me to make sure I had everything I need. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

EXCELLENT SUITE!!!!

This suite is in mint condition with all amenities and reflects accurately what is shown in the pictures. It is clean, well maintained and equipped and secure. The location of the propert is excellent; convenient and close to public transportation and within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and would definintely return.
