Jason grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated from University of Maryland. Avid travelers, they love to visit new places around the world and become as much of a part of the locals as possible. They currently reside in Wilmington, NC.

Why Jason Arnold chose Indian Rocks Beach
We bought this home because we absolutely love the town of Indian Rocks Beach. You can't beat the beautiful beaches and small town feel. But Tampa is just down the road and has everything you need from a big city; NFL, NHL, MLB, amusement parks, water parks, zoo, concerts, shows, etc.
What makes this bungalow unique
Our home is fully updated and very comfortable. It was built and designed to host family and friends at the beach. It has an open floor plan that lends perfectly to a vacation at the beach.
