This great superior villa has recently been renovated and is relaxed, comfortable and well laid out, with all the expected luxuries. The main entrance leads directly into the open-plan space. The tiled floor keeps you cool during the hot weather whilst the thick rug brings comfort to the lounge space. The connected dining area has French windows out to the pool. Next to the dining area you have the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities inc wash machine and drier, dishwasher, cooker and fridge-freezer.
Both en-suite double bedrooms are at the rear, boasting walk-in storage and access via French windows onto the pool areas. The bedrooms are all newly carpeted and the twin bedrooms are located at the front of the property, with a separate bathroom.
The rear patio has a great pool and lake view and there are plenty of sun-loungers. The villa also has a games room, internet connection and x-box plus games.

Recently, I have renovated and upgraded the property with new carpets in the bedrooms, new large corner sofa and the lounge/dining area is newly tiled. The whole villa has a much warmer feel and the update also gave me the opportunity to turn the garage into a games room.
With a selection of Disney-themed pictures around the villa, it's a great environment for the kids but the whole place also achieves a neat grown-up feel. The pool can be made completely safe with an easy to erect safety net. The South East facing pool allows for sun all morning and early afternoon, only disappearing in the afternoon to allow the area to cool nicely for the evening.
'We stayed here in May 2012 and what a beautiful villa. Very spacious with enough room for a family or two! Clean and well equipped. Great location with shops and restaurants only 5 minutes and Disney parks only 10 minutes in the car. Quiet neighbourhood in gated community, which felt to us very safe and secure. And a beautiful lake view with all kinds of wildlife. Kitchen very well equipped with an abundance of utensils and plenty of ovenware and crockery. Plenty of towels/pool towels and bed linen, for the whole family. Great villa for visiting Florida's parks or for just relaxing around the pool or a mix of both! Bring your laptop with you for free wi-fi usage and the telephone is good for free local, USA and Canada calls. For those from other nations you can easily purchase a phone card which will allow you to make calls home from the villa. Enjoy a selection of DVD's on the widescreen TV or play one of the selection of X-Box games. There are also TV's in both the Master En-suite Rooms.
Near to the villa are a number of amenities including supermarket, gym, chemist and takeaway food venues. There are additional amenities at Champions Gate, at the I-4 junction.
Disney area attractions: Close to Disney's Magic Kingdom - just 10 minutes drive - and the beautifully relaxed and characterful town of Celebration. Other attractions like Wet and Wild, Epcot and Universal studios are also just a 20 minute drive from Town Center reserve. There is also great shopping to be found on International Drive, which is also close to Wet and Wild.
Eating and shopping: Try a meal at The Cheesecake Factory at Millenia Mall and great cowboy boots, shirts and stetsons at Sheplers in Festival Bay Mall.
