BEAUTIFUL GULF VIEW AND GARDEN VIEW (#208) - Bright and Colorful * 5-STAR RATED. -NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL** - Jan. 6th until Jan. 16th, 2015 -10% discount -if booked by August 31st, 2014. This beautiful condominium is renovated and decorated with island colors and paintings, plantation shutters (just installed), and has all of the amenities you are looking for in an island vacation spot. On the 3rd floor, great location, and readily accessible to the elevator and parking area. A partial view of the gulf and beautiful garden/pond area from the living room and bedroom lanai. Just a short stroll through the garden area puts you on our private beach. We have a large heated swimming pool, gas grills, tennis court, shuffleboard, friendly office staff, and laundry room - all within steps of the building. Easy parking in front of our building, with access to luggage carts and elevator. Bicycle rentals available at office for those tours of the island on the paved bicycle and walking paths. Our complex is close to island restaurants and shops on Sanibel, but away from the heavy traffic area. Public golf course 1 block away.

Comfortable bedrooms, with King bed (Sealy Posturepedic mattress) in master BR and comfortable twin beds in guest bedroom -which can be bridged to make a King bed, upon request. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, with grab bars in the shower and tub/shower. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as on the outside screened lanai. Large flat-screen (Samsung Smart) TV/blu-ray DVD in living room, along with AM/FM/CD player unit and a small library of books, CD's, and DVD's. Also, flat-screen TV's/DVD's are in both bedrooms, along with walk-in closets, clock radio, and a safe for valuables in the master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully-equipped, with new stainless steel appliances, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, etc. New granite counter tops and cabinets, with numerous other quality amenities. As mentioned, the lanai off of the living room and bedroom faces the gulf/beach and garden area, with a beautiful private view (not facing multiple condo porch areas). A portable grocery cart (fold-up) is also provided for our guests, to assist in carrying in grocery items.

A large beach umbrella, chairs, and other beach items and toys are provided, and kept in our private storage closet just outside the front door.

One of the popular island restaurants is right next door, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (along with 'Happy Hour' specials. Bicycle rentals are available through our office, as well as brochures and information on the various island restaurants, tours, and other great sources of activity on the island.

You will find everything you need in #208 to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. If there are any questions regarding our condo, please do not hesitate to ask. WE WELCOME YOU TO BE OUR GUESTS!

We live in Brentwood, TN (Nashville area) and have been long-time fans of beautiful Sanibel Island. My first visit was with my parents, and we road on a ferry boat to reach the island (I know, a long time ago, right?). Besides being a nature lover, I also collect sea shells, which is just one of the many reasons that we love coming to Sanibel (I have a few of our shells displayed in the dining room curio cabinet at the condo, for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own. My wife paints, and has several of her sea shore paintings in the unit.

We purchased condominium #208 for the privacy and view, and we like to continually update the unit for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own.

This AAA gulf-front complex has always maintained the beautiful grounds and tropical foilage that make this beachfront complex such a paradise to stay at. Unit #208, a 5-star rated condo, has been continually upgraded and maintained, making this a wonderful 'getaway home' for you and your family to enjoy.

Unit #208 is close to all amenities in this beachfront complex: a large (heated) swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, laundry facilty, a private beach, administrative office - all within steps of the condo. Also, a top-rated island restaurant is next door, and just a block away is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course, with a club restaurant, for those who want to golf. All of the wonderful island restaurants and shopping areas are conveniently-close to our condominium; however if you prefer to dine-in, our condominium has fully-furnished kitchen. The barbecue grills are also adjacent to our condo building Beach chairs and beach umbrella are furnished; and in case you want to bicyle on the miles of paved bicycle paths, bicycles are available for rent at the office. **Check our guests' comments for their experience in staying in #208.

Fantastic

This condo has it all! Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bike paths (and you can rent bikes from the office!) The condo is furnished beautifully (BUT it is very comfortable). The kitchen is well equipped. The screened porch runs the length of the unit , has 2 ceiling fans, a table and seating for 6. The pictures do not do it justice! The office staff is great and the pool is huge, plenty of tables and chairs and is sparkling clear. Most of the art work that graces the walls was painted by one of the owners.....she is awesome! the beach on this part of the island is lovely and you can be on it in moments from leaving the front door. My husband was thrilled with the large flat screen TV and all the channels available. There are many books also provided, with a wide genre. The elevator and luggage carriers provided make unpacking and repacking (sigh..) the car a breeze. The grounds of this complex make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise! We had a great week!

Great Condo on Sanibel Island

My family and I enjoyed a short stay here at the end of our FL vacation. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind after the craziness of the Disney parks and this place turned out to be perfect for that. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we were even supplied with starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. Our kids ages 2 and 6 at the time loved the saltwater pool and the beach and I felt like the condo had plenty of room for our family when we were all inside as well. The owners and office staff were friendly and promptly answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family.

Paradise!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous week here with friends. The accommodations are attractive, comfortable and perfectly located. The grounds are well kept and everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Mike was so helpful in providing great ideas of what to do and see and where to eat. All were spot on. The folks in the office were helpful and sincerely caring as well. We hope to return!

Beautiful Condo on Magnificant Sanibel Island!

We vacationed over the Thanksgiving Holiday - 2013 and the condo was better than we could have hoped for! It was very clean, well taken care of, updated, decorated beautifully and on the beach! The condo owners and office staff were wonderful to deal with while making our travel arrangements, during check-in and check-out. This is the best experience we have had renting a vacation condo. The owner was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants, shopping, things to do and provided us with information on shelling on Sanibel Island. I have always wanted to visit Sanibel Island and can say "I lived one of my dreams"! I highly recommend this condo and definitely would stay there again!

Excellent Experience

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island and we love all it has to offer. Our family swam in the ocean, collected many seashells, rode bikes and ate much more than we needed to. We loved this unit. The decorations are very creative! We enjoyed the various paintings in each room. Watching the sun rise from our bedroom each morning was awesome. Our trip was very relaxing. We definitely plan to visit again. Thanks for allowing us to use your condo.

What a great place!!!

What a lovely condo!! We were guests in this condo for a period of seven days. Everything was excellent! The condo is beautiful, so clean and comfortable. The art work was truly beautiful and the lanai was so relaxing. Management and staff were so friendly and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again in 2014. I do recommend this condo without any reservation.
