BEAUTIFUL GULF VIEW AND GARDEN VIEW (#208) - Bright and Colorful * 5-STAR RATED. -NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL** - Jan. 6th until Jan. 16th, 2015 -10% discount -if booked by Sept. 30th, 2014. This beautiful condominium is renovated and decorated with island colors and paintings, plantation shutters (just installed), and has all of the amenities you are looking for in an island vacation spot. On the 3rd floor, great location, and readily accessible to the elevator and parking area. A partial view of the gulf and beautiful garden/pond area from the living room and bedroom lanai. Just a short stroll through the garden area puts you on our private beach. We have a large heated swimming pool, gas grills, tennis court, shuffleboard, friendly office staff, and laundry room - all within steps of the building. Easy parking in front of our building, with access to luggage carts and elevator. Bicycle rentals available at office for those tours of the island on the paved bicycle and walking paths. Our complex is close to island restaurants and shops on Sanibel, but away from the heavy traffic area. Public golf course 1 block away.
Comfortable bedrooms, with King bed (Sealy Posturepedic mattress) in master BR and comfortable twin beds in guest bedroom -which can be bridged to make a King bed, upon request. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, with grab bars in the shower and tub/shower. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as on the outside screened lanai. Large flat-screen (Samsung Smart) TV/blu-ray DVD in living room, along with AM/FM/CD player unit and a small library of books, CD's, and DVD's. Also, flat-screen TV's/DVD's are in both bedrooms, along with walk-in closets, clock radio, and a safe for valuables in the master bedroom.
Kitchen is fully-equipped, with new stainless steel appliances, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, etc. New granite counter tops and cabinets, with numerous other quality amenities. As mentioned, the lanai off of the living room and bedroom faces the gulf/beach and garden area, with a beautiful private view (not facing multiple condo porch areas). A portable grocery cart (fold-up) is also provided for our guests, to assist in carrying in grocery items.
A large beach umbrella, chairs, and other beach items and toys are provided, and kept in our private storage closet just outside the front door.
One of the popular island restaurants is right next door, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (along with 'Happy Hour' specials. Bicycle rentals are available through our office, as well as brochures and information on the various island restaurants, tours, and other great sources of activity on the island.

We live in Brentwood, TN (Nashville area) and have been long-time fans of beautiful Sanibel Island. My first visit was with my parents, and we road on a ferry boat to reach the island (I know, a long time ago, right?). Besides being a nature lover, I also collect sea shells, which is just one of the many reasons that we love coming to Sanibel (I have a few of our shells displayed in the dining room curio cabinet at the condo, for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own. My wife paints, and has several of her sea shore paintings in the unit.
We purchased condominium #208 for the privacy and view, and we like to continually update the unit for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own.

All of the wonderful island restaurants and shopping areas are conveniently-close to our condominium; however if you prefer to dine-in, our condominium has fully-furnished kitchen.
