BEAUTIFUL GULF AND GARDEN AREA VIEW - 5-STAR RATED Newly decorated - Bright and Colorful!

This beautiful condominium is renovated and decorated with island colors, paintings, new plantation shutters, and has all of the amenities you are looking for in an island vacation spot. Great location on the 3rd floor, and readily accessible to the parking area & elevator. A partial view of the gulf and beautiful garden/pond area from the living room and bedroom lanai (see pictures). Good privacy on the outside lanai (not looking onto other porches). Just a short stroll through the garden area puts you on our private beach.

We have a large heated swimming pool, gas grills, tennis court, suffleboard, laundry room, and a friendly office staff - all within steps of our building. Convenient parking in front of our building, with easy access to luggage carts and elevator.

Bicycle rentals available at the office for that leisurely tour of the island, on the paved bicycle and walking paths. Our complex is close to island restaurants and shops on Sanibel, yet out of the heavy traffic area. A public golf course is only 1 block away.

Comfortable bedrooms, with King bed (Sealy Posturepedic mattress) in master BR and comfortable twin beds in guest bedroom -which can be bridged to make a King bed, upon request. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, with grab bars in the shower and tub/shower. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as on the outside screened lanai. Large flat-screen (Samsung Smart) TV/blu-ray DVD in living room, along with AM/FM/CD player unit and a small library of books, CD's, and DVD's. Flat-screen TV's/DVD's are in both bedrooms, along with walk-in closets, clock radios, and a safe for valuables in the master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully-equipped- new stainless steel appliances, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender, kitchen utensils and dishes. A 'starter package' of soaps, dish towels, paper towels, etc. are provided. Granite counter tops and new cabinets.

As mentioned, the lanai off of the living room and bedroom faces the gulf/beach and garden area, with a beautiful private view (not facing multiple condo porch areas).

A large beach umbrella, chairs, and other beach items and toys are provided, and kept in our private storage closet just outside the front door.

One of the popular island restaurants is right next door, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (along with 'Happy Hour' specials. Bicycle rentals are available through our office, as well as brochures and information on the various island restaurants, tours, and other great sources of activity on the island.

You will find everything you need in #208 to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. If there are any questions regarding our condo, please do not hesitate to ask. WE WELCOME YOU TO BE OUR GUESTS!

About Mike Davis

We live in Brentwood, TN (Nashville area) and have been long-time fans of beautiful Sanibel Island. In fact, we were married there. We collect sea shells, which is just one of the many reasons that we love coming to Sanibel. We have shells displayed in the dining room curio cabinet for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own. My wife paints, and has several of her sea shore paintings in the unit.

We purchased condominium #208 for the porch privacy and view, and like to continually update the unit for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own.

What makes this condo unique

Unit #208 is close to all amenities in this beachfront complex: a large (heated) swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, laundry facility, a private beach, administrative office - all within steps of the condo. Our condo has a private lanai that doesn't face multiple condo porches. Also, a top-rated island restaurant is next door, and just a block away is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course and club house restaurant. All of the other wonderful island restaurants and shopping areas are conveniently-close to our condominium; however if you prefer to dine-in, our condominium has a fully-furnished kitchen. The barbecue grills are also adjacent to our condo building Beach chairs and beach umbrella are furnished; and in case you want to bicycle on the miles of paved bicycle paths, bicycles are available for rent at the office.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I spent 3 nights in this condo. It was a very pleasant stay. Very nicely decorated, had everything you needed and was very quiet. My kids loved that they had their own separate room with 2 twin beds and bathroom. The master bedroom was wonderful with a nice, big, comfortable bed and an adjoining bathroom with separate shower/sink/vanity area. Both bedrooms had big walk-in closets. There was a screened porch right off the master bedroom and living room.
It was also nice having a kitchen with everything you would need. Very helpful if you want to save some money and eat in instead of going out. There was a bar to eat at, or a dining table with plenty of seating.
It was a nice touch when the owner called to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a good stay! Very kind of them to do that.
There were also beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and pool noodles for the kids to use in the pool.
The property was nice. The pool was nice and there was even an outside sink provided to wash off all the shells that we had collected. The paths leading to the ocean were nicely maintained and there were several different ones to walk on. Also, you could rent bicycles from the office.
This was the best stay that our family had on our 10 day vacation, and we would recommend it to anyone. It was excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very nice/clean/updated condo! When our plans for a Beach Front Unit fell through, we booked this unit and could not had been any happier. The beach is only a hop & skip away and the entire family took full advantage of the outdoor pool which was only steps away from our unit.

Fantastic

This condo has it all! Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bike paths (and you can rent bikes from the office!) The condo is furnished beautifully (BUT it is very comfortable). The kitchen is well equipped. The screened porch runs the length of the unit , has 2 ceiling fans, a table and seating for 6. The pictures do not do it justice! The office staff is great and the pool is huge, plenty of tables and chairs and is sparkling clear. Most of the art work that graces the walls was painted by one of the owners.....she is awesome! the beach on this part of the island is lovely and you can be on it in moments from leaving the front door. My husband was thrilled with the large flat screen TV and all the channels available. There are many books also provided, with a wide genre. The elevator and luggage carriers provided make unpacking and repacking (sigh..) the car a breeze. The grounds of this complex make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise! We had a great week!

Great Condo on Sanibel Island

My family and I enjoyed a short stay here at the end of our FL vacation. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind after the craziness of the Disney parks and this place turned out to be perfect for that. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we were even supplied with starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. Our kids ages 2 and 6 at the time loved the saltwater pool and the beach and I felt like the condo had plenty of room for our family when we were all inside as well. The owners and office staff were friendly and promptly answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family.

Our condominium is a very short distance after exiting the 3-mile bridge onto Sanibel Island, and is very close to the great restaurants and many attractions and activiies on the island, such as: A variety of great seafood, Italian, and other specialty restaurants, specialty shops, an actors' playhouse, a movie theatre, J.Darling Wildlife Preserve, miles of walking/cycling paths throughout the island, marinas for boating and/or fishing, sea-shelling, the historic Sanibel Lighthouse, The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, and many other adventurous and exciting things waiting for you on this wonderful tropical island.
