We prefer payment in full 30-60 days prior to check-in but are able to offer a 50/50 payments plan if necessary. We can accept credit cards if absolutely necessary, but a 2.5-3.2% handling fee will apply to the total amount so most of our renters prefer to pay by check or DD.|
