The property is located in the most beautiful part of Stockholm´s Archipelago. Only 40 min by car or bus from the centre of beautiful Stockholm with all the shops, museums, restaurants and attractions. 50 m from the house you find a nice child friendly sandy beach and rocks to dive from. Nearby there are three major golf courses and several minor ones. Stavsnäs is a small village with original picturesque wooden houses situated only 3 km from the house. There you will find a small bakery and a pub if you fancy a nice cup of coffee or a beer. There is also a small supermarket and an all-year ferry harbour connecting the nearby inhabited islands such as Sandhamn. Sandhamn is an island where you can experience the remarkable maritime terrain of the outer archipelago. This is also the key meeting place for sailors and yachters, with a vibrant party scene during the summer. The idyllic village has an inn, hotels, the classic Royal Swedish Yacht Club, and numerous restaurants and bars.
