Open living room and dinning room area with two sofas,3 armchairs, coffee table, dinning table, 8 chairs and television. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing and drying machine, iron, ironing board. Terrace (12m2) with dinning table and six chairs. Built up surface: 155 m2 Sleeps:6/8 suppletory bed suitable for children are available upon request

The manager is wonderful, friendly, and has everything taken care of on arrival! The swimming pool is gorgeous. The walking trails along the beach are within a few minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful, complete with breathtaking views of the ocean from the terrace and bedroom windows. I LOVED it! Highly recommended!!!! I will go back!

Seit vielen Jahren suchen wir an der spanischen Atlantikküste "unser"Ferienappartement - jetzt haben wir es gefunden. Die Anlage liegt wunderbar ruhig inmitten einer sehr gepflegten subtropischen Gartenanlage mit zwei Pools, wunderschön begrünten Balkonen und Hauseingängen. Die angenehme architektonische Gestaltung setzt sich in den Appartements fort. Die hochwertige Bausubstanz zeigt sich auch in gut schließenden Fenstern undTüren! Die Aufteilung des Appartements A, welches wir zu zweit bewohnten, ist perfekt. Das Appartement ist so hell, sonnig und freundlich, dass man sich sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Alles, was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Garten ist phänomenal und der Strand, der einige Schritte entfernt liegt, ist ein Traum. Das sichere Parken in der kühlen Tiefgarage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Nicht zuletzt fühlt man sich auch dadurch sicher, dass die kompetente Rosa als Verwalterin jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar und hilfreich ist. Der nächste Aufenthalt an diesem wunderschönen Ort ist schon gebucht. Bill und Anne

Muy buen apartamento.Vacaciones tranquilas

Somos una pareja danesa-chilena con 3 hijas de mediana edad. Hemos pasado el verano pasado una muy buena estancia en el apartamento. Limpio. Muy bien cuidad y recien pintando. Cocina completísima. Electrodomésticos de calidad. A/A en toda la casa. Servicio de limpieza, proporcionado por la misma empresa, seguro y eficiente.
La urbanización Costa Ballena es un auténtico luijo para la vista. Tiene Campo de Golf inmejorable y con luz de día hasta casi las 10 de la noche. Un Mercadona a escasos 15 mnts andando. Wifi libre en el parque principal.
Volveremos.

Costa Ballena (Whale Cost), located between Rota and Chipiona in the province of Cadiz, is the most advanced tourist complex in Europe.

Designed with perfect balanced architecture, landscape details like the lake and canals, a complete infrastructure of services and the magnificent golf course, all combine to evoke an atmosphere of freedom, peace and tranquillity. Add to that the incredible virgin beach and a stunning sea. Unlike other beaches, it was decided not to build a promenade in Costa Ballena but to maintain the natural feel of the area, carrying out a plan to protect the dunes and regenerate the beaches. This offers approximately 4 kms of almost virgin beaches and a sea of clean and crystal waters, ideal for bathing.

There are three shopping centres perfectly situated within short walking distance and many activities to enjoy:Golf, sailing, water sports, tennis, casino, horse riding, restaurants, etc.

Golf: Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club is within walking distance of the development. It was begun in 1995 and its design is the work of Spanish champion Jose Maria Olazabal and his architectural firm Integral Golf Design. The 27 holes of competition and the 9 hole par 3, were designed on a farm without steep slopes, where he carried out a project highly versatile, very comfortable to ride and where players of all levels can enjoy equally the playing golf. Open the game in June 1997 has hosted all kinds of competitions. Among them, the European Professional Qualifying School Second Stage, The International Foursquare Costa Ballena, La Copa de SM El Rey and La Copa de SM La Reina. It also hosts various training officer European Golf Federations.
