Two adjacent, well appointed 1 bedroom Apartments on privately owned complex

These apartments which are on a privately owned complex with private pool, are just a 15 minute drive from the airport and are only a short walk from the promenade where there are shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful sandy beaches. The picturesque harbour and old town are a 15 minute walk away and have some lovely fish restaurants. There is also a shopping centre called the `Biosfera`. The complex has the added benefit of being able to use the facilities of its sister complex next door, where there is another pool and a poolside bar serving light snacks. Both apartments have been refurbished recently, each having a new kitchen. The lounges have a sofabed, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD players and there is a safe in each apartment. The lounge areas open up onto the sun terraces, where there are outside tables, chairs and sun loungers.

Apartment 1 has been fully refurbished to a high standard. It has a new fully fitted kitchen with a 4 ring ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and a large walk in shower. The large terrace is south facing with an undercover area which has an outdoor dining table and four chairs. There are two folding sun beds.

Lanzarote is 79 miles off the coast of Africa and has a mild dry climate making it an ideal ‘all year round’ holiday destination with temperatures rarely falling below 21ºC. Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boasting some excellent seafood restaurants. The town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing coastline with a beautiful palm tree lined promenade stretching along the golden sandy beaches. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming and are also very popular for diving. There is an abundance of restaurants and shops along the promenade and in the Biosfera shopping complex. You can visit the volcanoes at Timanfaya National Park, Mirador del Rio, the caves at Cuevos de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua where you will see the white crabs, the Cactus Gardens, the green lake at El Golfo and Rancho Texas Park, which is a great day out! The new golf course is located nearby.

Recently returned from spending yet another relaxing holiday in this fabulous apartment where it really does feel like a second home, with new additions and improvements each time we go and all you need to make your stay a comfortable one.

There's no shortage of excellent restaurants close by with new ones having opened up each time we go so unfortunately we always return home to dieting ready for our next visit!!

In short - great apartment, great resort, beautiful beaches, lovely food, friendly locals, beautiful island!! What more could you want?!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Excellent Holiday Accomodation

I have just spent a fantastic week at this apartment, the location is ideal, just 15 minutes away from the airport and a short stroll from bars, restaurants, the harbour, shops and the beach.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you would need in self catering accomodation.

Jo the owner was extremely helpful from start to finish of the booking.

Highly Recommend!!

We stayed for a week in early July and we couldn't have asked for more. Lovely, spacious, clean apartment with everything you need within.
The apartment itself is located just down the road from the airport and only a 5 minute walk down to the beach/restaurants/bars...Easy to get to and conveniently located!...The use of the complex opposite with a large pool and lots of loungers was also very handy!

For a week away it was everything thing we were looking for. Beautiful weather, brilliant apartment and everything we were after nearby.

Jo was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment!!

HOME FROM HOME.

We stayed for 11 days in August. Its a wonderful apartment with everything you could need. Washer, oven, microwave etc. Bathroom is spacious and has a lovely shower. All towels and bed linen included. On a hot day its great to be able to jump in a cool pool which is never crowded as its only small but adequate for what we needed. A few minutes walk away you will find the beach and plenty of places to eat. We would recommend the mexican and the orinental world just on seafront. In the old town Bodecas is a great place to eat as its something different. All in all its a great place to go.
Cant wait to go back hopefully next year and maybe for longer.
